【摘要】:以改善Everlube噴涂鍍層的均勻性能為目的,運(yùn)用試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法(DOE)對(duì)Everlube噴涂過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)優(yōu)化噴涂工藝參數(shù),并借助Minitab分析軟件,驗(yàn)證各參數(shù)對(duì)鍍層均勻性的影響,最終尋找到滿足客戶要求的噴涂工藝。試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化后的工藝參數(shù)滿足了客戶對(duì)鍍層厚度均勻性≤5μm要求,此方法有效解決了實(shí)際問(wèn)題,提高了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量水平。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the uniform properties of Everlube coating, the process of Everlube spraying was analyzed by means of experimental design method, and the process parameters were optimized. With the help of Minitab software, the effect of each parameter on the uniformity of the coating is verified, and the spraying process to meet the requirements of the customer is found. The test results show that the spraying process can meet the requirements of the customers. The optimized process parameters meet the requirements of the customer for thickness uniformity 鈮,
