【摘要】:對Mg-9Al-1Zn鎂合金進行了堿洗除油、無鉻處理和化學(xué)鍍Ni-W-P處理,研究了不同表面鍍層的顯微形貌、孔隙率、物相組成和耐腐蝕性能等。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)鍍液中Na2CO3濃度為20 g/L時,Mg-Al-Zn合金表面鍍層較為平整,鍍層團簇晶粒分布均勻,各個團簇傾向于垂直表面方向生長;沉積時間為1 h的Ni-W-P鍍層與基體結(jié)合良好、鍍層較為致密,Ni、W和P元素在界面結(jié)合處有明顯擴散和濃度梯度;Mg-9Al-1Zn合金基體、Ni-P和Ni-W-P鍍層的耐腐蝕性能從大至小依次為:Ni-W-P鍍層Ni-P鍍層Mg-9Al-1Zn合金基體。
[Abstract]:The Mg-9Al-1Zn magnesium alloy was washed by alkali washing, chrome free and electroless Ni-W-P plating. The microstructure, porosity, phase composition and corrosion resistance of different surface coatings were studied. The results showed that when Na2CO3 solution concentration was 20 g/L, the surface coating of Mg-Al-Zn alloy coating was smooth, uniform distribution of grain clusters, each cluster tends to be perpendicular to the surface direction of growth; the deposition time for combining the Ni-W-P coating and the substrate is 1 h, the good coating is more dense, Ni, W and P elements in the interface there is obvious diffusion and concentration gradient; Mg-9Al-1Zn alloy, Ni-P and Ni-W-P corrosion resistance from large to small is as follows: Ni-W-P coating Ni-P coating of Mg-9Al-1Zn alloy.
