亞微米級(jí)單分散的密胺樹脂微球及其氮摻雜炭微球的制備(英文)

亞微米單分散三聚氰胺樹脂微球和氮摻雜碳微球的可控制備仍是當(dāng)今材料領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要課題。在不添加任何表面活性劑的情況下,僅使用適量的乙酸作為催化劑制備了最小粒徑為200納米的單分散MF微球,這比已報(bào)道的強(qiáng)酸制備的MF微球都要小。此外,隨著攪拌時(shí)間的增加(0~48 h),MF微球的D50并不是簡單地增加然后保持穩(wěn)定,而是進(jìn)一步下降,再次穩(wěn)定,最后穩(wěn)定后的粒徑相比最大粒徑發(fā)生明顯收縮,收縮率約40%。在適當(dāng)?shù)臒崽幚項(xiàng)l件下,尤其是將物料均勻地薄薄地鋪開,可以得到相應(yīng)的單分散氮摻雜碳微球,其在800℃下的收縮率為81%~65%,收縮率與攪拌時(shí)間有關(guān)。最后,從分子形成的角度討論了MF樹脂微球和氮摻雜碳微球形成過程中的上述現(xiàn)象和規(guī)律。
