鎳渣制備多孔堇青石陶瓷的研究

【摘要】:以鎳渣、Al_2O_3和SiO_2為原料,按偏鎂鋁方案確定堇青石的組成,無需添加額外的燒結(jié)助劑和造孔劑,成功制備出多孔堇青石陶瓷。測(cè)定了試樣的顯氣孔率、抗彎強(qiáng)度和熱膨脹系數(shù),用XRD分析了試樣在燒結(jié)過程中的物相變化,并用SEM觀察其斷面的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:在1200~1380℃保溫4 h,制備的多孔陶瓷的顯氣孔率為38.13~31.39%,抗彎強(qiáng)度為25.53~32.54 MPa,熱膨脹系數(shù)為3.17×10~(-6)~1.43×10~(-6)/℃,且其主晶相為堇青石。SEM圖譜顯示多孔堇青石陶瓷中堇青石晶體呈六方棱柱狀,還存在大量孔洞。
[Abstract]:Porous cordierite ceramics were successfully prepared by using Al2O3 and SiO2 as raw materials, the composition of cordierite was determined according to the scheme of magnesia and aluminum, and the addition of additional sintering aids and pore-making agents was not necessary for the preparation of porous cordierite ceramics. The apparent porosity, bending strength and thermal expansion coefficient of the samples were measured. The phase changes of the samples during sintering were analyzed by XRD, and the microstructure of the specimens was observed by SEM. The results showed that the apparent porosity of the porous ceramics was 38.131331.390.The bending strength was 25.53 ~ (-6) 32.54 MPa, the thermal expansion coefficient was 3.17 脳 10 ~ (-6) ~ (-6) 1.43 脳 10 ~ (-6) / 鈩,
