含銅硝酸退鍍液中銅的回收和硝酸的再生

【摘要】:用草酸銅沉淀法回收含銅硝酸退鍍液中的銅并再生硝酸。研究了草酸加入系數(shù)(n_(草酸)∶n_(銅))、反應(yīng)時間及反應(yīng)溫度等對沉淀效果的影響。確定的最佳工藝條件為:Cu~(2+) 136.52g/L,草酸加入系數(shù)0.9,攪拌速率300r/min,28℃,60min。在此工藝條件下,銅的沉淀率約為90%,草酸殘留率小于1%,草酸銅產(chǎn)品的純度達(dá)到98.33%。
[Abstract]:Copper was recovered and regenerated by copper oxalate precipitation method.
