【摘要】:研究了一種以控制冷卻水溫度來(lái)提高金剛石合成質(zhì)量的方法。設(shè)計(jì)了DS18B20溫度采集電路、通訊電路、步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)電路等硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)部分。采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)加減速算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了以STM32為控制核心的步進(jìn)電機(jī)勻加減速運(yùn)動(dòng)。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得了冷卻水流量和出水口溫度與流量調(diào)節(jié)閥開(kāi)度的變化關(guān)系。在時(shí)變的、非線性、純滯后的水溫控制系統(tǒng)中,采用了多模態(tài)PID算法,處理了復(fù)雜大慣性系統(tǒng)中調(diào)節(jié)速度快、超調(diào)小難以兼得的問(wèn)題。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)最大超調(diào)量2.5%,控制精度可達(dá)±2℃。
[Abstract]:A method of improving diamond synthesis quality by controlling cooling water temperature was studied. The hardware realization of DS18B20 temperature acquisition circuit, communication circuit and stepper motor drive circuit are designed. Step motor acceleration and deceleration algorithm is used to realize the stepper motor with STM32 as the control core. The relationship between cooling water flow and outlet temperature and the opening of flow regulating valve is obtained by experiment. In the water temperature control system with time-varying, nonlinear and pure time delay, the multimodal pid algorithm is used to deal with the problem that the adjustment speed is fast and the overshoot is difficult to be obtained simultaneously in the complex large inertia system. The experimental results show that the maximum overshoot of the system is 2.5 and the control accuracy is 鹵2 鈩,
