水熱條件下不同形貌和晶相碳酸鈣的形成和轉化

【摘要】:利用碳酸氫鈣水熱分解制備了具有不同形貌和晶相的碳酸鈣。在水熱情況下,得到了多種形貌的方解石和霰石碳酸鈣,研究了碳酸氫鈣濃度、添加劑氯化鎂濃度、反應時間和溫度等對碳酸鈣形貌和晶相的影響。以X射線衍射(XRD)和掃描電鏡(SEM)對制備的碳酸鈣進行了表征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),水熱條件對碳酸鈣形貌和晶相的形成以及演化過程有重要影響。水熱條件下發(fā)現(xiàn)了穩(wěn)定的碳酸鈣晶相向亞穩(wěn)定相轉化的反常相變,對相關的形成及轉化機理進行了相應的闡述。
[Abstract]:Calcium carbonate with different morphologies and crystalline phases was prepared by hydrothermal decomposition of calcium bicarbonate. Calcite and aragonite calcium carbonate with various morphologies were obtained under hydrothermal conditions. The concentration of calcium bicarbonate and the additive magnesium chloride were studied. The effects of reaction time and temperature on the morphology and crystal phase of calcium carbonate were studied. The prepared calcium carbonate was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Hydrothermal conditions have an important influence on the morphology of calcium carbonate and the formation and evolution of crystalline phase. The abnormal phase transition from stable calcium carbonate to metastable phase has been found under hydrothermal conditions, and the related formation and transformation mechanism have been explained accordingly.
