反相破乳劑SP169及DMEA169在溶液中的聚集行為

【摘要】:以芘(Py)為熒光探針,十六烷基氯化吡啶(CPC)為猝滅劑,采用穩(wěn)態(tài)熒光探針?lè)y(cè)定了反相破乳劑SP169和DMEA169的臨界膠束濃度(cmc)及膠束聚集數(shù)(N_(agg)),并考察了兩者在溶液中形成的膠束內(nèi)部的微環(huán)境極性大小,采用動(dòng)態(tài)光散射法測(cè)定了兩者膠束的流體力學(xué)直徑(Dh),并通過(guò)耗散粒子動(dòng)力學(xué)(DPD)方法模擬了兩者在溶液中聚集形態(tài)的動(dòng)力學(xué)變化過(guò)程。結(jié)果表明,兩者的臨界膠束聚集數(shù)分別為N_(m(SP169))=28,N_(m(DMEA169))=18;SP169的流體力學(xué)直徑小于DMEA169,但其增長(zhǎng)速度前者大于后者;DPD模擬的結(jié)果顯示,由于起始劑在膠束內(nèi)部與其他粒子間相互作用的不同,SP169聚集成棒狀膠束,而DMEA169聚集成舒展的球狀膠束,這解釋了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果:相同濃度下前者膠束的流體力學(xué)直徑及膠束內(nèi)部的微環(huán)境極性皆比后者小,同時(shí)由于SP169起始劑的疏水性,使得其具有較大的膠束聚集數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Pyrene pyrite was used as fluorescence probe and cetylpyridine chloride (CPC) as quenching agent. The critical micelle concentration of reverse demulsifier SP169 and DMEA169 and the number of micelle aggregation were determined by the steady-state fluorescence probe method. The microenvironmental polarity of the micelles formed in solution was also investigated. The hydrodynamic diameters of the two micelles were measured by dynamic light scattering method, and the kinetic process of the aggregation morphology of the two micelles in solution was simulated by the dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) method. The critical micelle aggregation numbers of the two are as follows: the hydrodynamic diameter of DMEA169 is smaller than that of DMEA169, but the growth rate of SP169 is higher than that of DMEA169. the results of DPD simulation show that due to the different interaction between the initiator and other particles, a bar micelle is formed. The results of the experiment show that the hydrodynamic diameters of the former micelles and the microenvironmental polarity of the micelles in the same concentration are smaller than those of the latter, and that the hydrophobicity of the SP169 initiators is the same as the hydrophobicity of the SP169 initiators. So that it has a large number of micelle aggregation.
