大薸對水中氟化物的去除及生理響應(yīng)(英文)

采用水生植物構(gòu)建的人工濕地生態(tài)修復(fù)技術(shù)在用于凈化廢水方面正逐漸興起。試驗采用大薸為實驗材料,采用室內(nèi)培養(yǎng)方法,研究該濕地植物對水中氟化物水體的去污效果及其植物生理響應(yīng)。實驗結(jié)果表明大薸可富集水中氟化物,對于所試驗的水中氟化物初始濃度,去除率在27.79%到56.32%之間,最高的去除效率出現(xiàn)在氟化物最高初始濃度60 mg L-1時。對照組中氟化物的濃度波動很小,最終濃度為其對應(yīng)初始濃度的-1.135%--0.007%,處理組凈化速率符合Michaelis-Menten方程,其相關(guān)系數(shù)均高于0.97。在試驗周期內(nèi),大薸在氟化物的脅迫下比生長速率(SGR)呈降低趨勢,處理組植物的SGR在-8.03%與-1.22%之間。對照組植物的SGR呈增長趨勢,為4.18%。偏相關(guān)分析表明水中氟化物濃度與POD呈高度線性相關(guān)。
