于橋水庫表層水中溶解性有機質的變化特征及其與銅的絡合機制的研究

  溶解有機質(Dissolved Organic Matter,DOM)在自然水體中普遍存在,對自然環(huán)境系統(tǒng)運行和水環(huán)境演變起到重要作用。溶解性有機質包括腐殖質、蛋白質等大分子物質以及小分子的氨基酸,碳水化合物,糖類等物質的復雜有機混合物。它是異養(yǎng)型微生物重要的能量和營養(yǎng)來源,是各種養(yǎng)分(C、N、P和S)循環(huán)的關鍵環(huán)節(jié),也是環(huán)境污染物的重要絡合劑或吸附劑。溶解有機質中富含-COOH、-OH、-NH2以及-C=O等官能團,可以與重金屬離子發(fā)生配位、絡合反應,影響重金屬的溶解性和生物有效性,從而影響重金屬的生物可利用性、毒性、迀移轉化和歸趨。然而,不同來源、不同結構組成、不同分子量的DOM對重金屬的環(huán)境行為的影響有著顯著差異,而這方面的研究還需要深入。近年來,人類活動極大地改變了水體DOM的來源、動態(tài)、結構和組成特性。其中,筑壩是最顯著和最廣泛的人為擾動事件。隨著經濟和社會發(fā)展的需要,興建各型水庫已成為緩解全球日益短缺的淡水資源供需矛盾的重要途徑。雖然河流筑壩對社會經濟發(fā)展具有重要支撐作用,但是河流筑壩攔截改變天然河流原有的自然屬性和內部的作用過程,為營養(yǎng)元素的輸送產生...
