【摘要】：發(fā)展中國家對直接投資的渴求,源于內(nèi)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展和政治目標(biāo)訴求,直接投資帶來增長,增長使人們富裕,社會發(fā)展。然而,直接投資同時也帶來了環(huán)境惡化,環(huán)境惡化導(dǎo)致環(huán)境沖突。文章通過理論分析與實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)表明,中國持續(xù)的直接投資為其國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和社會發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)大動力,但投資增長與環(huán)境沖突卻又對經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會造成傷害,社會矛盾突出。考慮到因?yàn)榧钤鲩L目標(biāo)與環(huán)境保護(hù)目標(biāo)不一致導(dǎo)致的這種沖突的本質(zhì)是人與人之間的利益沖突,因此,文章立足政府、企業(yè)與民眾等不同行為主體,分別提出了協(xié)同直接投資與環(huán)境沖突的干預(yù)機(jī)制,望能從源頭上對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與環(huán)境損壞采取一致行動,最終有效地干預(yù)直接投資與社會發(fā)展下的環(huán)境沖突發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:The desire of developing countries for direct investment stems from endophytic economic and social development and political goals. Direct investment brings growth, growth makes people rich and social development. However, direct investment also brings about environmental degradation, environmental degradation leads to environmental conflict. Through theoretical analysis and empirical data, this paper shows that China's sustained direct investment has provided a strong driving force for its domestic economic growth and social development, but the conflict between investment growth and environment has caused harm to the economy and society, and the social contradiction is prominent. Considering that the essence of this conflict caused by the inconsistency between incentive growth objectives and environmental protection objectives is the conflict of interests between people, therefore, based on different actors, such as government, enterprises and people, this paper puts forward the intervention mechanisms of collaborative direct investment and environmental conflict, hoping to take concerted action on economic growth and environmental damage from the source, Finally, it can effectively intervene the environmental conflict between direct investment and social development.
