納米氧化鋅對(duì)羊角月牙藻毒性效應(yīng)及其在藻細(xì)胞內(nèi)外的分布

[Abstract]:In order to study the toxic effect of nanometer zinc oxide (ZnO NP) and its distribution inside and outside the cell, the changes of growth, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, (SOD) and peroxide (POD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and intracellular and extracellular ZnO NP content of different concentrations of ZnO NP on the growth, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and intracellular and extracellular ZnO NP content of Cymnaria angustifolia were studied. The results showed that the growth inhibition of, ZnO NP was positively correlated with the treatment concentration. After exposure to 45 mg 路L ~ (- 1) ZnO NP for 24 h, the growth inhibition rate reached 95%. When algae cells were treated with ZnO NP for 72 h, there was a dose-effect relationship between chlorophyll content and treatment concentration. The soluble protein content, SOD and POD activity and MDA content of algae cells treated with low concentration (0.5 mg 路L ~ (- 1) ZnO NP) were significantly decreased and MDA content was increased, and the toxic effect was higher than that of high concentration group (5 mg 路L ~ (- 1), 45 mg 路L ~ (- 1). The amount of Zn2 dissolved in the cell culture medium and the amount of ZnO NP adsorbed by algae outside the cells were proportional to the concentration of ZnO NP treatment, but the amount of ZnO NP in algae cells was not correlated with the concentration of ZnO NP, and the intracellular accumulation remained basically unchanged. The results showed that the difference of cytotoxicity to algae in each concentration group was related not only to the amount of intracellular Zn2, but also to the extracellular adhesion of ZnO NP.
