基于多元統(tǒng)計分析的中國CCUS示范項目技術指南研究

【摘要】:氣候變化已經被廣泛認為是未來人類生存與發(fā)展的危害的主要問題。減少二氧化碳的排放量,已成為國際社會的共識。CO2捕集,利用和封存被認為是一個具有大規(guī)模減排的技術,可以部署在未來。然而,CCUS(二氧化碳捕集,利用與封存)作為一種新興的技術,廣泛的部署和應用無論在技術方面還是經濟方面都具有很大的挑戰(zhàn)。迫切的需要通過大規(guī)模的示范項目對CCUS商業(yè)化和大規(guī)模部署積累足夠的知識和經驗。因此,為了研究CCUS能夠在未來應對氣候變化中做出應有的貢獻,世界各國提出了多種指導方針來指導CCUS示范項目的發(fā)展。本文通過與CCUS主要利益相關方的研討及主要決策者的咨詢,全方位多角度地系統(tǒng)識別影響CCUS示范項目的各種因素。在此基礎上,結合CCUS示范項目的要求,辨識我國CCUS示范項目的發(fā)展條件及國情,包括項目的基礎條件(如是否全流程,規(guī)模的大小,實施的時間,燃料類型),項目的選址,捕集技術的偏好以及封存的方案等。通過系統(tǒng)辨識,一方面,為相關CCUS項目篩選提供決策支持,另一方面,為建立符合我國CCUS示范的技術指南提供了研究基礎。
[Abstract]:Climate change has been widely regarded as the main problem of human survival and development in the future. Reducing carbon dioxide emissions has become the consensus of the international community. CO2 capture, utilization and storage is considered to be a large-scale emission reduction technology that can be deployed in the future. However, as a new technology, CCUS (carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage) has great technical and economic challenges in its wide deployment and application. There is an urgent need to accumulate enough knowledge and experience for CCUS commercialization and large-scale deployment through large-scale demonstration projects. Therefore, in order to study that CCUS can make due contributions to climate change in the future, countries all over the world have put forward a variety of guidelines to guide the development of CCUS demonstration projects. In this paper, through the discussion with the main stakeholders of CCUS and the consultation of the main decision makers, the factors that affect the CCUS demonstration project are systematically identified in an all-round and multi-angle way. On this basis, combined with the requirements of CCUS demonstration project, the development conditions and national conditions of CCUS demonstration project in China are identified, including the basic conditions of the project (such as whether the whole process, the size of the project, the time of implementation, the type of fuel), the location of the project, the preference of capture technology and the scheme of storage, etc. Through system identification, on the one hand, it provides decision support for the screening of related CCUS projects, on the other hand, it provides a research basis for the establishment of technical guidelines in accordance with the CCUS demonstration in China.
