【摘要】：選取5種陽(yáng)離子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)對(duì)城市剩余污泥調(diào)理、4種調(diào)理方案進(jìn)行板框壓濾試驗(yàn),測(cè)定調(diào)理后的污泥比阻(SRF)、污泥毛細(xì)吸水時(shí)間(CST),以及板框壓濾后的泥餅含水率,采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法對(duì)SRF、CST和泥餅含水率進(jìn)行線(xiàn)性回歸分析。結(jié)果表明,在同一種藥劑調(diào)理下,CST和SRF具有顯著的線(xiàn)性相關(guān)性,可用CST代替SRF確定藥劑最佳投藥量。SRF、CST分別與板框壓濾后的泥餅含水率之間存在明顯的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系(R~2=0.92,R~2=0.99),能有效表征實(shí)際處理過(guò)程中污泥的脫水效率。
[Abstract]:Five kinds of cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) were selected to regulate municipal excess sludge, and four kinds of conditioning schemes were used to carry out plate and frame pressure filtration tests. The specific resistance of (SRF), sludge capillary water absorption time (CST), and the moisture content of mud cake after plate and frame pressure filtration were measured. Linear regression analysis of SRF,CST and mud cake moisture content was carried out by means of mathematical statistics. The results showed that there was a significant linear correlation between CST and SRF under the same condition, and CST could be used instead of SRF to determine the optimum dosage of SRF.
