聚四氟乙烯超細纖維負載二氧化鈦光催化性能

【摘要】:以靜電紡聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)超細纖維為載體,采用浸漬-燒結(jié)法制備出PTFE超細纖維負載二氧化欽(TiO_2)催化膜。研究了該催化膜在紫外光下,不同反應(yīng)條件對亞甲基藍的光催化降解性能影響,探討了負載型TiO_2光催化劑的循環(huán)回收利用率。結(jié)果表明:通過浸漬-燒結(jié)法可以成功制備出PTFE超細纖維負載TiO_2光催化膜,經(jīng)450℃煅燒后TiO_2為銳鈦礦晶型;在波長為365 nm,功率為300 W的紫光燈照射55 min,浸漬負載5h制備的TiO_2/PTFE超細纖維催化膜對初始濃度為5 mg/L,體積100 ML的亞甲基藍溶液催化降解除率可達99%;在經(jīng)過5次循環(huán)后,催化劑對亞甲基藍的降解率仍達46%,回收利用率較高。
[Abstract]:PTFE ultra-fine fiber supported TiO_2 catalytic membrane was prepared by dipping-sintering method using electrostatic spinning polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) superfine fiber as carrier. The effects of different reaction conditions on the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue under UV light were studied, and the recycling efficiency of supported TiO_2 photocatalyst was discussed. The results show that the PTFE ultra-fine fiber supported TiO_2 catalytic film can be successfully prepared by dip-sintering method, and the TiO_2 is anatase crystal after calcination at 450 鈩,
