東平湖可溶性有機(jī)物的熒光特征及環(huán)境意義

【摘要】:東平湖作為南水北調(diào)東線工程最后一級調(diào)水湖泊以及山東省西水東送的水源地,其水質(zhì)狀況對受水區(qū)的用水安全起決定性作用;2013年8月的東平湖采樣,對各水質(zhì)參數(shù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),東平湖目前仍處于中富—富營養(yǎng)化水平,水質(zhì)總體接近GB 3838—2002《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》IV類水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),仍不能滿足調(diào)水要求,各水質(zhì)參數(shù)表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的外源性。利用三維熒光光譜(EEMs)并結(jié)合平行因子分析法(PARAFAC)解析東平湖有色可溶性有機(jī)物的熒光特征,并探討了熒光組分對東平湖環(huán)境污染指示意義的可行性。利用平行因子分析法(PARAFAC)共識別出2類4個熒光組分,分別是類腐殖質(zhì)熒光組分C1(225/305,386 nm)、C3(260,432 nm)和類蛋白熒光組分C2(240,360 nm)、C4(225/275,304 nm)。相關(guān)性分析發(fā)現(xiàn),陸源類腐殖質(zhì)熒光組分C1與間接反映有機(jī)污染程度的溶解性有機(jī)碳(DOC)和化學(xué)耗氧量(COD)具有顯著相關(guān)性,類蛋白熒光組分C2與總氮具有顯著正相關(guān)性,可以對東平湖富營養(yǎng)變化情況進(jìn)行快速、長期的監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Dongping Lake, as the last water transfer lake of the East Route of South-to-North Water transfer Project and the source of water from the west to the east of Shandong Province, its water quality plays a decisive role in the water safety of the water receiving area. Based on the sampling of Dongping Lake in August 2013, it is found that Dongping Lake is still in the middle eutrophication level at present, and the water quality is generally close to GB 3838 2002 Surface Water Environmental quality Standard IV Water quality Standard, which is still in the middle eutrophication level, and the water quality of Dongping Lake is still in the middle eutrophication level. The water quality parameters still can not meet the requirements of water transfer, and the water quality parameters show strong exogenous. The fluorescence characteristics of colored soluble organic compounds in Dongping Lake were analyzed by three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum (EEMs) and parallel factor analysis (PARAFAC), and the feasibility of indicating environmental pollution of Dongping Lake by fluorescent components was discussed.
