徐州市典型稻區(qū)土壤和稻米重金屬含量及健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:為了解徐州市典型稻區(qū)土壤和稻米中重金屬含量及健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn),分別測(cè)定了土壤和稻米中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ni、As、Hg和Cr的含量,并對(duì)土壤中重金屬污染狀況及稻米中重金屬因攝入所致的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:DXDQ(典型稻區(qū))土壤中As、Hg平均含量分別比中國(guó)土壤元素背景值高出0.24、0.29倍,Cd與其持平,其他5種元素均低于背景值,其中PXHX(西北部)超標(biāo)率最重。但所測(cè)稻區(qū)全部重金屬的含量均低于《土壤環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 15618—1995)中的Ⅱ級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。單因子污染指數(shù)顯示所有稻區(qū)土壤重金屬污染等級(jí)為安全;內(nèi)梅羅綜合污染指數(shù)顯示DXDQ、SNLJ(東南部)和PZXH(東部)土壤重金屬污染程度總體呈清潔水平,而PXHX(西北部)則達(dá)警戒水平。33.33%的DXDQ和全部PXHX土壤樣本為中等生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并以Hg為主要貢獻(xiàn)因子,SNLJ和PZXH為低生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。DXDQ和3個(gè)分稻區(qū)稻米中Pb、Ni和As平均含量均超出國(guó)家食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限制值,其中DXDQ分別超標(biāo)1.70、0.28和1.20倍;贖Q和HI評(píng)價(jià),食用該區(qū)域生產(chǎn)的稻米對(duì)人體健康產(chǎn)生影響的可能性大,其中As的潛在健康危害突出,應(yīng)引起足夠重視。
