M公司石化污水處理工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理案例研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the sharp deterioration of environmental quality, the treatment of environmental pollution has become the biggest focus in recent years, and the problem of sewage treatment is the most important. Petrochemical industry is one of the five major sewage discharge treatment industries identified by the Development and Reform Commission, but the actual effect of wastewater treatment in petrochemical industry at present is not ideal, the cost of treatment is high, and the problem of long construction period has not been solved. It is of great significance to strengthen the quality management of petrochemical wastewater treatment projects and ensure the quality of the projects. In this paper, the quality management of wastewater treatment project in petrochemical industry is studied by the method of case study. Through reviewing and analyzing the implementation process of A Company's petrochemical sewage treatment project undertaken by M Company, it is found that M Company has problems and deficiencies in project quality management, and then the causes of the problems are analyzed with the help of relevant theories and methods. On the basis of this, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. Firstly, the paper makes a detailed review and analysis of the sewage treatment project of M Company, and finds that there are some problems in the quality management of the project, including the setting of the project quality goal, the project organization management and the project quality control. Each aspect of the problem has a certain degree of impact on the quality of the implementation of the project; Secondly, this paper reviews the classical theory, basic principles and related methods of project quality management. Based on the theory, the causes of quality management problems are summarized by means of 5why analysis and causal analysis, and the reasons can be divided into consciousness. There are three aspects of system and practice, such as insufficient attention to quality management, lack of systematic organization system of quality management and improper quality control of project. Finally, in the light of the actual situation of the sewage treatment project of M Company, we pay more attention to and invest in the quality management of the project. The establishment and improvement of the project quality management organization system and the strengthening of the whole process project quality control provide the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for solving the quality problems of the sewage treatment project of M Company, in order to contribute to the improvement of the project quality. It also provides reference for the quality management of other petrochemical sewage treatment projects.
