基于海綿城市理念的城鎮(zhèn)雨水系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方案模擬與評價(jià)
[Abstract]:With the intensification of urbanization in China, the regional ecological and hydrological balance has been destroyed. In the process of urban development, the problems of urban water shortage and Rain Water loss, rainstorm and flood disasters, Rain Water runoff pollution and so on, need to be faced. Sponge city emerged as the times require, its core is to deal with the problem of city Rain Water, so that the city in adapting to environmental changes and responding to natural disasters and other aspects of good "elasticity". Firstly, this paper discusses the connotation, key problems and main technical measures of the concept of sponge city. Three technical measures, low impact development (LID), propulsion pipe and deep tunnel system, which are related to the concept of sponge city, are summarized in literature on the effect of runoff reduction, advantages and disadvantages as well as applicable conditions, and a comprehensive comparative analysis is carried out according to these three technical measures. Secondly, the attribute of the target parcel and the hydrological situation are summarized. On the basis of this, the Rain Water system model of the target parcel is established by using Infoworks ICM software. According to the simulation results of Rain Water pipe network model under different rainfall intensity and rainfall type, based on the concept of sponge city, three reconstruction schemes of LID, propulsion pipe and deep tunnel are designed. The regional Rain Water model of three schemes is established. By simulating the Rain Water model of three reconstruction schemes of the target plot under different rainfall intensity and rainfall type, the total runoff of the target plot is compared with the present situation. The reduction of runoff peak value and the variation of runoff time parameters are summarized and analyzed, and the drainage performance of Rain Water pipe network in each scheme is evaluated. Finally, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is used to establish the evaluation system and evaluate the three schemes after transformation, which provides a reference for the discussion and practice of the concept of spongy city.
