改良型AAO工藝在城市污水處理廠中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本文以西安市第五污水處理廠改良A2/O工藝實(shí)際運(yùn)行工況為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)該廠提標(biāo)改造前后一年多實(shí)際運(yùn)行監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析研究,得到了實(shí)際進(jìn)水量總變化系數(shù)、提標(biāo)改造前后污泥產(chǎn)量與耗電量變化情況;分析了該工藝對(duì)污水中主要污染物的去除效果,結(jié)果表明:COD、BOD5、TN、NH4+-N、和SS的去除率分別達(dá)到95.60%、97.10%、74.63%、97.49%、89.80%和98.00%以上,且工藝運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,具有較強(qiáng)的抗沖擊能力和穩(wěn)定的出水水質(zhì)。同時(shí),分析了運(yùn)行中TP去除率不穩(wěn)定的主要原因是生化處理系統(tǒng)厭氧區(qū)環(huán)境差、污泥齡長(zhǎng)、回流污泥濃縮液中氮和磷含量較高等因素,提出了降低外回流量、增大內(nèi)回流量,調(diào)整污泥齡,適時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)曝氣量等工藝運(yùn)行參數(shù)的改進(jìn)措施。并選擇了幾種常見的化學(xué)絮凝劑進(jìn)行了化學(xué)除磷試驗(yàn)研究,為今后該廠輔助化學(xué)除磷裝置運(yùn)行選擇適合的藥劑和投加量提供理論依據(jù)。針對(duì)該污水處理廠實(shí)際運(yùn)行中二沉池污泥上浮現(xiàn)象,分析了產(chǎn)生污泥上浮的原因以及相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,為污水處理廠的實(shí)際運(yùn)行管理提供技術(shù)支持。通過對(duì)卵形污泥消化池的啟動(dòng)調(diào)試過程分析研究,總結(jié)了污泥消化池調(diào)試運(yùn)行的主要步驟和監(jiān)測(cè)分析指標(biāo),測(cè)試了調(diào)試過程中卵形消化池的主要運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),CH4含量在55%~70%之間,CO2含量為28%~36%,O2含量保持在1%左右。并針對(duì)調(diào)試運(yùn)行期間出現(xiàn)的問題提出了解決方案,所得結(jié)論可供其他類似污水處理廠污泥消化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行管理時(shí)參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the actual operation condition of the modified A _ 2 O process in Xi'an No. 5 sewage treatment Plant is taken as the research object. Through the analysis and study of the monitoring data of more than one year before and after the standard raising of the plant, the total variation coefficient of the actual water intake is obtained. The change of sludge output and electricity consumption before and after standard raising; The results show that the removal rates of COD,BOD5,TN,NH4-N and SS are 95.60%, 97.10%, 74.63%, 97.49%, respectively, and the removal efficiency of the process is 95.6%, 97.10%, 74.63%, 97.49%, respectively. The process is more than 89.80% and 98.00%, and the process is stable, with strong shock resistance and stable effluent quality. At the same time, the main reasons of unstable removal rate of TP in operation are bad environment in anaerobic zone of biochemical treatment system, long sludge age, high nitrogen and phosphorus content in refluxing sludge concentrate, and so on. It is proposed to reduce external return flow and increase internal return flow. Adjustment of sludge age, timely adjustment of aeration and other technical parameters of improvement measures. Several common chemical flocculants were selected to carry out the experimental study of chemical phosphorus removal, which provided the theoretical basis for the selection of suitable chemicals and dosages for the operation of the auxiliary chemical phosphorus removal plant in this plant in the future. In view of the phenomenon of sludge floating in the secondary sedimentation tank in the actual operation of the sewage treatment plant, the reasons for the sludge floating and the corresponding countermeasures are analyzed, which provide technical support for the actual operation and management of the sewage treatment plant. Through the analysis and research on the start-up and debugging process of the egg-shaped sludge digester, the main steps and monitoring and analysis indexes of the sludge digestion tank were summarized, and the main operation data of the egg-shaped digester in the debugging process were tested. The content of CH4 was between 55% and 70%, the content of CO2 was 28% and 36%, and the content of O2 was about 1%. The solutions to the problems occurred during commissioning and operation are put forward, and the conclusions can be used for reference in the design and operation management of sludge digestion system in other similar sewage treatment plants.
