殼牌爐粉煤灰合成沸石及其脫氮應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:利用殼牌爐粉煤灰水熱合成沸石,調(diào)節(jié)硅鋁物質(zhì)的量比為1.7合成Na A型沸石。通過單因素實驗和正交實驗優(yōu)化合成工藝條件,在堿液濃度為1 mol/L、晶化溫度為100℃、晶化時間為7 h、液固比(m L/g)為5∶1的條件下合成的Na A型粉煤灰沸石的脫氮能力較強,氨氮去除率達74.62%。分析正交實驗結(jié)果可知,各因素對Na A型沸石脫氮性能的影響程度:堿液濃度晶化溫度液固比晶化時間。對較優(yōu)產(chǎn)品進行分析,可知其結(jié)晶度較大、純度較高;晶體形貌完整、規(guī)則;沸石的孔道排列緊密有序。該Na A型沸石可用于處理氨氮廢水。
