軟水樹(shù)脂再生廢液提高印染污泥脫水性能的研究

【摘要】:研究了軟水樹(shù)脂再生廢液和熱處理對(duì)印染污泥脫水性能的影響。以污泥比阻(SRF)和毛細(xì)吸水時(shí)間(CST)作為評(píng)價(jià)污泥脫水性能的指標(biāo),通過(guò)測(cè)定污泥Zeta電位和FT-IR光譜來(lái)闡述污泥脫水機(jī)理。實(shí)驗(yàn)確定的最佳污泥脫水條件為:加熱溫度70℃,100 m L污泥添加30 m L軟水樹(shù)脂再生廢液(軟水樹(shù)脂再生廢液中Ca2+的量約為干污泥質(zhì)量的11.9%),污泥比阻由2.52×1011m·kg~(-1)降至0.85×1011m·kg~(-1),污泥CST由15.2 s降至8.9 s。隨著Ca2+濃度的增加,可使污泥表面電荷明顯減少,較高的溫度可能會(huì)加強(qiáng)這種影響。FT-IR光譜表明,Ca2+能與絮體的O—H官能團(tuán)、蛋白質(zhì)等相互作用。實(shí)驗(yàn)還對(duì)軟水樹(shù)脂再生廢液與常用陽(yáng)離子絮凝劑Fe Cl3和Al2(SO4)3的絮凝效果進(jìn)行了比較。研究證明軟水樹(shù)脂再生廢液可作為絮凝劑使用,是一種經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的改善污泥脫水性能的方法,且實(shí)現(xiàn)了廢物利用。
[Abstract]:The effects of reclaimed waste liquid of soft water resin and heat treatment on the dewatering performance of printing and dyeing sludge were studied. The specific resistance of sludge (SRF) and capillary water absorption time (CST) were used to evaluate sludge dewatering performance.
