【摘要】：人類(lèi)活動(dòng)對(duì)水環(huán)境施加壓力,水環(huán)境進(jìn)行自我調(diào)節(jié),而社會(huì)根據(jù)環(huán)境調(diào)節(jié)狀況做出響應(yīng),以維持水環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的健康穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)�；谏鲜隹紤],我們構(gòu)建了一個(gè)"壓力—狀態(tài)—響應(yīng)"框架的水環(huán)境承載力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。利用北京市2003~2013年的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)際評(píng)價(jià)后發(fā)現(xiàn),北京市水環(huán)境壓力呈現(xiàn)逐漸加大的態(tài)勢(shì),水環(huán)境狀態(tài)基本穩(wěn)定,全社會(huì)對(duì)水環(huán)境壓力的響應(yīng)穩(wěn)步向好�？偟膩�(lái)看,近十年來(lái)北京市水環(huán)境承載力在快速提升后進(jìn)入一個(gè)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Human activities exert pressure on the water environment and self-regulate the water environment, while society responds according to the condition of the environment regulation to maintain the healthy and stable state of the water environment system. Based on the above considerations, a water environmental carrying capacity evaluation index system based on "pressure-state-response" framework is proposed. According to the data of Beijing from 2003 to 2013, it is found that the water environment pressure in Beijing is increasing gradually, the water environment condition is basically stable, and the whole society's response to the water environment pressure is steady and better. Generally speaking, the water environmental carrying capacity of Beijing has entered a relatively stable state after a rapid increase in recent ten years.
