卷煙廠污水處理自動控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:如今,隨著煙草工業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動化水平的不斷進步、煙草制品產(chǎn)量的不斷上升和企業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷擴大,使煙草企業(yè)污水處理的負荷不斷增加,污水處理高能耗的問題日顯突出。為實現(xiàn)煙草工業(yè)企業(yè)節(jié)能減排任務(wù)的總目標(biāo),優(yōu)化和調(diào)整污水處理自動控制系統(tǒng)及工藝流程,是煙草企業(yè)不得不面對的問題。本文以卷煙廠工業(yè)廢水BAF處理回用控制系統(tǒng)為研究對象,首先介紹了BAF型污水處理及回用水工藝流程原理,即采用先進的生化工藝技術(shù),以水解酸化池和曝氣濾池為主體,進行煙草工業(yè)廢水處理;對污水處理重點工藝流程中的相關(guān)設(shè)備的能耗進行了分析,查找節(jié)能降耗機會;根據(jù)能耗分析,著重對曝氣風(fēng)機、凝絮劑添加系統(tǒng)進行控制系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化改造,有針對性的提出了相應(yīng)的節(jié)能優(yōu)化控制方法與策略。并詳細描述了相應(yīng)的先進控制方法的理論依據(jù)。通過現(xiàn)場試驗和調(diào)試,對卷煙廢水處理的節(jié)能降耗和設(shè)備的優(yōu)化運行起到良好效果。根據(jù)卷煙廠污水處理相關(guān)工藝和設(shè)備的要求,對控制系統(tǒng)的硬件進行選型設(shè)計,采用西門子公司S7-300系列PLC作為控制單元,分別介紹了PLC各功能模塊的特點及接線方式,采用S7-300系列通信模塊建立基于Profinet網(wǎng)絡(luò)的總線連接。為防止控制系統(tǒng)受到干擾,分析了控制系統(tǒng)的保護接地和現(xiàn)場網(wǎng)絡(luò)屏蔽接地方法?刂葡到y(tǒng)通過工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)以光纖為介質(zhì),將污水處理控制系統(tǒng)與能源管控系統(tǒng)相連接;控制系統(tǒng)通過現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場設(shè)備層和運算控制層之間的數(shù)據(jù)連接和通訊,完成污水處理系統(tǒng)的自動控制和遠程監(jiān)控。本文中控制系統(tǒng)的編程基于西門子公司的Step7軟件,Step7軟件功能強大,為編程人員提供了方便的工具和界面,可以方便的實現(xiàn)多人分工合作,并具有對PLC進行硬件組態(tài)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)配置、故障診斷、離線編寫控制程序及在線監(jiān)控等功能,同時可以配置網(wǎng)絡(luò)組態(tài)和連接,對硬件進行上傳和下載以及通過模擬器進行離線仿真。采用Wonderware的公司的Intouch軟件作為中控室上位機監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件,利用Intouch軟件豐富的插件和繪圖工具,實現(xiàn)了污水控制系統(tǒng)的集成和圖像化顯示,并利用報警工具,對各個環(huán)節(jié)參數(shù)進行監(jiān)控。采用數(shù)據(jù)報表實現(xiàn)控制系統(tǒng)各個參數(shù)及實時曲線查詢,為各工藝流程的優(yōu)化和狀態(tài)監(jiān)控提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,方便進行數(shù)據(jù)追溯。采用污水水質(zhì)實時監(jiān)控技術(shù),在線分析水質(zhì)。本卷煙廢水自動化監(jiān)控與控制系統(tǒng)與傳統(tǒng)的控制方法相比較,自動化程度較高,并與廠區(qū)能源管控系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)無縫連接,起到了節(jié)能降耗的效果,有一定的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Today, with the continuous progress of the production automation level of tobacco industry enterprises, the increasing production of tobacco products and the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprises, the burden of sewage treatment in tobacco enterprises has been increasing. The problem of high energy consumption in sewage treatment is becoming more and more prominent. In order to realize the overall goal of energy saving and emission reduction in tobacco enterprises, it is a problem that tobacco enterprises have to face to optimize and adjust the automatic control system and technological process of wastewater treatment. This paper takes the control system of BAF treatment and reuse of industrial wastewater of cigarette factory as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the principle of the process flow of wastewater treatment and reuse of BAF type, that is, adopting advanced biochemical technology, taking hydrolytic acidification tank and aerated filter as the main body. Treatment of waste water from tobacco industry; The energy consumption of the related equipments in the key process of sewage treatment is analyzed to find out the opportunities of saving energy and reducing consumption. According to the analysis of energy consumption, the optimization of control system for aeration fan and flocculant addition system is emphatically carried out, and the corresponding energy-saving optimization control methods and strategies are put forward. The theoretical basis of the corresponding advanced control method is described in detail. Through field test and debugging, it has a good effect on saving energy and reducing consumption of cigarette wastewater treatment and optimizing operation of equipment. According to the requirements of the sewage treatment process and equipment in cigarette factory, the hardware of the control system is selected and designed. The S7x300 series PLC of Siemens Company is used as the control unit, and the characteristics and connection modes of each function module of PLC are introduced respectively. The bus connection based on Profinet network is established by using S _ 7 ~ (7) ~ (300) series communication module. In order to prevent the disturbance of the control system, the protection grounding method of the control system and the shielding grounding method of the field network are analyzed. The control system connects the sewage treatment control system with the energy control system through the industrial Ethernet with optical fiber as the medium. Through the field bus technology, the control system realizes the data connection and communication between the field equipment layer and the operation control layer, and completes the automatic control and remote monitoring of the sewage treatment system. The programming of the control system in this paper is based on the Step7 software of Siemens Company. The Step7 software has a powerful function, which provides a convenient tool and interface for the programmers, and can conveniently realize the multi-person division and cooperation, and has hardware configuration to the PLC. Network parameters configuration, fault diagnosis, off-line programming control program and on-line monitoring and other functions can be configured, network configuration and connection can be configured, hardware upload and download, and off-line simulation through the simulator. The Intouch software of Wonderware company is used as the monitoring and configuration software of the upper computer in the central control room, and the rich plug-in and drawing tool of Intouch software are used to realize the integration and image display of the sewage control system, and the alarm tool is used. Monitor the parameters of each link. The data report forms are used to query the parameters and real-time curves of the control system so as to provide data support for the optimization of each technological process and condition monitoring and facilitate the tracing of the data. The real-time monitoring technology of sewage quality is used to analyze the water quality on-line. Compared with the traditional control method, the automatic monitoring and control system of cigarette wastewater has a higher degree of automation, and is connected seamlessly with the energy control system in the factory area. It has the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption, and has certain application value.
