【摘要】：污染物進入土壤后,與土壤成分發(fā)生相互作用,使其賦存狀態(tài)發(fā)生變化,導致其移動性、生物有效性甚至是化學反應活性都出現(xiàn)不同程度的降低,使其環(huán)境與生態(tài)風險發(fā)生改變,并對其修復效率產(chǎn)生重要影響。污染物的移動性、生物有效性及化學反應活性既互相關(guān)聯(lián)又不盡相同,其中生物有效性不但取決于污染物的賦存狀態(tài),還取決于生物吸收等過程,不同學科領(lǐng)域?qū)ι镉行缘睦斫獯嬖谳^大差異。本文從污染物與土壤相互作用出發(fā),綜述了土壤中有機污染物生物有效性的研究意義及進展,介紹了污染物生物有效性涵義的認識歷程,比較了生物有效性的不同評價方法,討論了土壤環(huán)境因素、土壤生物、污染物性質(zhì)及老化作用對土壤中有機污染物生物有效性的影響。
[Abstract]:After the pollutant enters the soil, it interacts with the soil component and changes its occurrence state, which leads to its mobility, the bioavailability and even the chemical reaction activity decrease to some extent. Make its environment and ecological risk change, and have an important influence on its restoration efficiency. The mobility, bioavailability and chemical activity of pollutants are interrelated and different, in which the bioavailability depends not only on the occurrence state of pollutants, but also on the process of biological absorption. There are great differences in understanding of bioavailability among different disciplines. Based on the interaction between pollutants and soil, this paper summarizes the significance and progress of the study on bioavailability of organic pollutants in soil, introduces the understanding process of the meaning of bioavailability of pollutants, and compares the different evaluation methods of bioavailability. The effects of soil environmental factors, soil organisms, pollutant properties and aging on the bioavailability of organic pollutants in soil were discussed.
