【摘要】：集裝箱行業(yè)噴漆時產生大量漆渣,漆渣廢棄物的處理成為行業(yè)的一個難題。本文將富鋅底漆漆渣回收與再生,采取漆渣回收、烘烤脫水、球磨機分散、砂磨機研磨的再生工藝,再適當補加鋅粉,制備的再生漆與現(xiàn)有富鋅底漆各項參數(shù)基本相同,漆膜的基本性能、防腐蝕性可以滿足目前集裝箱行業(yè)的標準要求。
[Abstract]:The container industry produces a large number of paint slag when painting, and the disposal of paint residue waste becomes a difficult problem in the industry. In this paper, the recovery and regeneration of zinc-rich primer paint slag are adopted, such as recovery of paint slag, baking and dehydration, ball mill dispersion, grinding of sand mill, and appropriate addition of zinc powder. The reclaimed paint prepared is basically the same as the existing zinc-rich primer, and the parameters of the reclaimed paint are basically the same as those of the existing zinc-rich primer. The basic performance of paint film, anti-corrosion can meet the current standard requirements of the container industry.
