【摘要】：隨著人類的進步和發(fā)展,環(huán)境遭受了巨大的破壞,呈現(xiàn)出環(huán)境污染、大氣污染、資源耗損、生物銳減等生態(tài)環(huán)境問題。面對著嚴(yán)重的生態(tài)危機和環(huán)境污染問題,各個國家和地區(qū)都在尋求環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,由此,環(huán)境問題變成了影響未來全球經(jīng)濟和競爭中首當(dāng)其沖的問題,更成為了對未來經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的硬性制約問題。在這種全球經(jīng)濟和競爭的背景下,環(huán)境競爭力在國際競爭力舞臺上的作用日益重要,很多國家都把治理和解決環(huán)境問題,以及面對氣候變化的舉措等,看作是與其他國家和地區(qū)之間進行競爭的重要籌碼。環(huán)境競爭力的研究承襲了環(huán)境問題的研究。環(huán)境是人類賴以生存的條件,研究環(huán)境問題不單單是要解決所呈現(xiàn)出的各種生態(tài)環(huán)境問題,最主要的是要處理好人與自然環(huán)境間的關(guān)系,因為人類是促進環(huán)境變化和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的首要因素。人與自然關(guān)系的問題是哲學(xué)研究的基本問題。因此,本文主要是從哲學(xué)視角來思考和分析環(huán)境競爭力。文章共分為四個部分,第一部分是緒論,主要介紹研究該問題的背景、意義及研究方法等；第二部分是介紹有關(guān)環(huán)境競爭力的概念和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對環(huán)境競爭力做出整體上的概述和解釋,從直觀上認識環(huán)境競爭力；第三部分是本文的重點,主要探討環(huán)境競爭力所體現(xiàn)的自然觀和綠色倫理思想,從環(huán)境競爭力的各要素出發(fā),分析其中所包含的人與自然關(guān)系,以及生態(tài)倫理觀念,做到從思想觀念上認識環(huán)境競爭力；第四部分是分析環(huán)境競爭力的實踐指導(dǎo)意義,從經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)這三個方面出發(fā),分析環(huán)境競爭力對當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)和促進作用,推動環(huán)境競爭力的進一步發(fā)展。最后是本文的結(jié)論部分,主要是總結(jié)文章所表達的觀點,以及文章分析的不足之處,為以后有關(guān)環(huán)境競爭力的研究提供一定的指導(dǎo)方向。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of human beings, the environment has suffered enormous damage, which presents environmental pollution, air pollution, resource depletion, biological decline and other ecological environmental problems. In the face of serious ecological crisis and environmental pollution, all countries and regions are looking for the coordinated development of environment and economy. Therefore, environmental problems have become the most important problems affecting the global economy and competition in the future. Has become the future economic and social development of the rigid constraints. In the context of this global economy and competition, the role of environmental competitiveness in the international competitiveness arena is becoming increasingly important, and many countries have addressed and addressed environmental problems, as well as initiatives to face climate change, As an important bargaining chip in competition with other countries and regions. The study of environmental competitiveness inherits the study of environmental problems. Environment is the condition for human survival. The study of environmental problems is not only to solve the various ecological environmental problems presented, but also to deal with the relationship between man and the natural environment. Because human beings are the primary factors to promote environmental change and economic and social development. The relationship between man and nature is a fundamental problem in philosophical research. Therefore, this article is mainly from the philosophical perspective to think and analyze the environmental competitiveness. The article is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the background, significance and research methods of the study; The second part is to introduce the concept of environmental competitiveness and domestic and foreign research status, to make a comprehensive overview and explanation of environmental competitiveness, from the intuitive understanding of environmental competitiveness; The third part is the focus of this paper, mainly discusses the environmental competitiveness embodied in the view of nature and green ethics, starting from the various elements of environmental competitiveness, including the relationship between man and nature, as well as the concept of ecological ethics, To understand the environmental competitiveness from the concept of ideology; The fourth part is to analyze the practical guiding significance of environmental competitiveness, starting from the three aspects of economic transformation, sustainable development and ecological civilization construction, to analyze the guiding and promoting role of environmental competitiveness to the current economic and social development. Promote the further development of environmental competitiveness. The last part is the conclusion of this paper, mainly summarizes the views expressed in the article, as well as the shortcomings of the article analysis, for the future research on environmental competitiveness to provide a certain direction.
