【摘要】：分析1994年至2014年廣東工業(yè)廢氣排放情況,并與第二產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值和GDP的增長情況進行關(guān)聯(lián)分析,結(jié)果表明,工業(yè)廢氣排放總量隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展持續(xù)增加,但其中的主要有害化學物質(zhì)二氧化硫和氮氧化物相對比例卻在減少;工業(yè)廢氣排放總量增長率低于第二產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值和GDP的增長率,而且第二產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值和GDP的每億元工業(yè)廢氣排放量呈減少趨勢。這充分證明政府制定的污染物減排的管理措施持續(xù)有效,企業(yè)減排能力逐步提高。還建議政府進一步加強環(huán)境保護監(jiān)督,加大脫硫脫氮技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The industrial exhaust emission from 1994 to 2014 in Guangdong Province is analyzed, and it is related to the increase of secondary industry value and GDP. The results show that the total amount of industrial exhaust gas emission continues to increase with the development of economy. However, the relative proportion of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, the main harmful chemicals, is decreasing. The total growth rate of industrial waste gas emissions is lower than that of the second industry and the growth rate of GDP, and the value added of the secondary industry and the amount of GDP per 100 million yuan of industrial waste gas emissions are on a decreasing trend. This fully proves that the management measures of pollutant emission reduction formulated by the government are sustainable and effective, and the ability of enterprises to reduce emissions is gradually improved. It is suggested that the government should strengthen the supervision of environmental protection and increase the innovation and application of desulphurization and denitrification technology.
