多羥基結(jié)構(gòu)態(tài)亞鐵化合物預處理含亞硒酸鹽工業(yè)廢水的影響機制

【摘要】:采用沉淀法制備了多羥基結(jié)構(gòu)態(tài)亞鐵化合物(FHC),對其用于含亞硒酸鹽的工業(yè)廢水處理進行了研究.實驗結(jié)果表明,當p H=8時,FHC對Se(Ⅳ)的去除率為40%;當Cu(Ⅱ)的濃度為0.5 mmol/L,p H=6.5,8.0和9.5時,FHC對Se(Ⅳ)去除率為80%,90%和53%.在其它條件都相同時,銀(Ⅰ)濃度為0.3mmol/L時,Se(Ⅳ)的去除率為93%,99%,98%.而當p H=8,亞硝酸根(NO_2~-)離子濃度分別為0.2,2.0和20.0 mmol/L時,FHC對Se(Ⅳ)去除率依次為30%,24%和21%,亞硝酸鹽的存在明顯抑制Se(Ⅳ)的去除.采用光電子能譜(XPS)和X射線衍射(XRD)對產(chǎn)物進行了表征,發(fā)現(xiàn)Ag(Ⅰ)被還原為銀單質(zhì),Cu(Ⅱ)被還原為氧化亞銅,亞硒酸鹽被固定在FHC表面.采用連續(xù)浸提技術(shù)對反應后Se形態(tài)的分析結(jié)果表明,元素硒、硒化物結(jié)合態(tài)為主要的形態(tài),還原是阻滯硒遷移的主要路徑.FHC對含硒廢水以及其它污染物具有較強的混凝吸附作用,并且有較大的還原作用,為處理工業(yè)廢水提供了新的工藝技術(shù).
