轉(zhuǎn)爐鋼渣處理技術(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:轉(zhuǎn)爐仍是國內(nèi)主要的煉鋼方式,按照噸鋼100-150kg鋼渣來考慮,每年的煉鋼渣產(chǎn)量超過8000萬噸。鋼渣作為工業(yè)廢渣,若不能得到及時有效處置,將造成資源浪費,甚至造成環(huán)境污染。國內(nèi)許多鋼企建設(shè)了不同配置的生產(chǎn)線處理鋼渣以回收利用鋼渣中鐵質(zhì)資源,既降低了生產(chǎn)成本,又保護了環(huán)境,提高了資源的利用率。山東某鋼廠現(xiàn)有鋼渣綜合處理利用的處理工藝包括一次預(yù)處理、整粒加工處理、渣鋼自磨處理、濕磨濕選處理、微粉處理。該廠一次預(yù)處理工藝采用悶渣處理,方面水汽化過程使得鋼渣降溫,另一方面,采用蒸汽消解鋼渣的膨脹性。鋼渣的整粒加工處理由破碎、篩分、磁選等工序組成。本課題主要是針對該廠現(xiàn)有鋼渣綜合處理生產(chǎn)線,尤其是一次預(yù)處理生產(chǎn)線和整粒加工生產(chǎn)線中存在的問題進行設(shè)計優(yōu)化,并提出技術(shù)方案。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1.悶渣過程中產(chǎn)生大量蒸汽,彌散在周圍空氣中,尤其在冬季等氣溫較低的季節(jié),這種情況尤為嚴重,使整個車間能見度大大降低,存在安全隱患。針對此問題,本文利用悶渣坑底部的沖渣溝作為蒸汽減速沉降室的方式解決蒸汽污染問題。該工藝是將悶渣蒸汽排入沖渣溝,蒸汽外排的通道面積瞬時擴大了接近35倍,蒸汽的流速相應(yīng)地快速降低,造成了蒸汽中塵埃的加速沉降,同時促進蒸汽的凝結(jié),沉降的塵埃和蒸汽凝結(jié)水通過沖渣溝內(nèi)沖渣水匯入悶渣生產(chǎn)線的沉淀池,達到了悶渣蒸汽的降速除塵及凝水回收的工藝效果。2.悶渣過程中大量蒸汽散失,使得悶渣過程需不斷補充新水,造成水資源的消耗和能量浪費。本文中的蒸汽回收利用技術(shù)方案解決了悶渣過程水資源浪費、能量浪費問題。本技術(shù)在原有悶渣工程的基礎(chǔ)上進行改造即可實現(xiàn),施工簡單、費用低,便于工程化推廣;將鋼鐵廠的余熱進行居民采暖,不僅解決了周邊居民的采暖問題,還可解決居民采暖消耗燃煤、環(huán)保等一系列問題,節(jié)約社會資源,同時可為鋼鐵廠創(chuàng)造額外效益。3.經(jīng)整粒加工處理后鋼渣中磁性物質(zhì)(廢鋼、磁性粉等)選出效率不高、非磁性渣粒度和含鐵量不能滿足下道工序要求。本文通過對破碎工藝、篩分工藝、磁選工藝的研究,優(yōu)化整粒加工工藝流程,實現(xiàn)降低項目投資、生產(chǎn)運行成本,以及減少占地的目的。
[Abstract]:Converter is still the main steelmaking method in China. According to the 100-150kg steel slag, the annual output of steelmaking slag is more than 80 million tons. Steel slag, as industrial waste slag, will cause waste of resources and even environmental pollution if it can not be disposed in time and effectively. Many domestic steel enterprises have constructed different production lines to deal with steel slag in order to recover and utilize the iron resources in steel slag, which not only reduces the production cost, but also protects the environment, and improves the utilization ratio of the resources. The existing comprehensive treatment technology of steel slag in a steel plant in Shandong province includes single pretreatment, whole grain processing, slag steel self-grinding, wet grinding and wet dressing, and micro-powder treatment. The steel slag is cooled by water vaporization, and the expansion of steel slag is digested by steam on the other hand. The whole grain processing of steel slag consists of crushing, screening, magnetic separation and so on. This subject is mainly aimed at the problems existing in the existing steel slag comprehensive treatment production line, especially in the primary pretreatment production line and the whole grain processing line, and puts forward the technical scheme. The main contents are as follows: 1. A large amount of steam is produced in the process of smashing, which is dispersed in the surrounding air, especially in the low temperature seasons such as winter. This situation is especially serious, which greatly reduces the visibility of the whole workshop and has a hidden danger of safety. In order to solve this problem, this paper solves the problem of steam pollution by using the scouring ditch at the bottom of the slagging pit as the settling chamber of steam deceleration. In this process, the slag stuffing steam is discharged into the slag flushing ditch, the passage area of the steam outlet increases by nearly 35 times, and the flow velocity of the steam decreases rapidly, which results in the accelerated deposition of the dust in the steam and the condensation of the steam at the same time. The precipitated dust and steam condensate water is condensed into the sedimentation tank of the production line through the dregs flushing water in the slag flushing ditch, and the technological effect of dedusting and condensing water recovery of the smoldering steam is achieved. 2. A large amount of steam is lost in the process of slag stuffing, which makes it necessary to continuously replenish new water, resulting in the consumption of water resources and the waste of energy. The technical scheme of steam recovery and utilization in this paper solves the waste of water resources and energy in the process of slagging. The technology can be realized on the basis of the original slag stuffing project, the construction is simple, the cost is low, and the project is easy to be popularized. Heating the waste heat in the steel plant not only solves the heating problem of the surrounding residents, but also solves a series of problems, such as burning coal, environmental protection and so on, saves social resources, and can create additional benefits for the steel plant at the same time. The selection efficiency of magnetic material (scrap, magnetic powder, etc.) is not high after the whole grain processing, and the grain size and iron content of non-magnetic slag can not meet the requirements of the next working procedure. Through the research of crushing technology, screening technology and magnetic separation technology, this paper optimizes the whole grain processing process, realizes the purpose of reducing project investment, production and operation cost, and reducing the occupation of land.
