【摘要】：利用條件價(jià)值法(contingent valuation method,CVM),評(píng)估了洞庭湖的非使用價(jià)值。于2012年和2014年,在洞庭湖區(qū),通過面對(duì)面調(diào)研的形式,進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。研究結(jié)果表明,洞庭湖區(qū)居民支付愿意率為60.24%,人均支付意愿(willingness to pay,WTP)值為14.12元/(月·人);2013年,洞庭湖生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的非使用價(jià)值為16.06×108元,其中,洞庭湖的存在價(jià)值最大,其它依次為遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值、選擇價(jià)值;受訪者不愿意支付洞庭湖生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的主要有兩個(gè)原因,其一是他們認(rèn)為生態(tài)保護(hù)的費(fèi)用應(yīng)該由政府或旅游企業(yè)支付,其二是他們的收入有限;受訪者的年齡和教育程度對(duì)支付意愿有顯著影響,21~30歲年齡段且學(xué)歷較高者的支付意愿較強(qiáng);性別對(duì)支付意愿值有顯著影響,男性支付意愿值較高;研究同時(shí)表明,在建設(shè)洞庭湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的過程中,政府應(yīng)該對(duì)居民最為關(guān)注的水質(zhì)、水量等問題予以重視,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)宣傳教育,提高居民的生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The non-use value of Dongting Lake was evaluated by using conditional value method (contingent valuation method,CVM). In 2012 and 2014, questionnaires were conducted in Dongting Lake District by means of face-to-face surveys. The results show that the willingness rate of residents in Dongting Lake region is 60.24, and the per capita willingness to pay (willingness to pay,WTP) is 14.12 yuan per month. In 2013, the non-use value of Dongting Lake ecosystem is 16.06 脳 108 yuan, among which, the existence value of Dongting Lake is the largest, the other is heritage value, selection value; Respondents were reluctant to pay for the Dongting Lake ecosystem for two main reasons: one was that the cost of ecological protection should be paid by the government or tourism enterprises, and the other was their limited income; The age and educational level of the interviewees had a significant influence on the willingness to pay, while those aged 21 to 30 years with higher education had a stronger willingness to pay, while gender had a significant effect on the willingness to pay, while the male had a higher willingness to pay. The study also shows that in the process of constructing ecological economic zone of Dongting Lake, the government should pay attention to the problems of water quality and water quantity that the residents pay most attention to, at the same time, strengthen propaganda and education, and improve the ecological environmental protection consciousness of residents.
