【摘要】：利用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法構(gòu)建了一個(gè)區(qū)域內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)排污競(jìng)爭(zhēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,節(jié)點(diǎn)表示每個(gè)企業(yè),邊的權(quán)重表示連接的兩個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)中一個(gè)企業(yè)外部性效應(yīng)影響到另一個(gè)企業(yè)的利益。另外,研究了網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的結(jié)構(gòu)參量,結(jié)果表明:競(jìng)爭(zhēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中只有少數(shù)節(jié)點(diǎn)發(fā)揮著中介作用;邊權(quán)服從于指數(shù)分布,邊權(quán)的差別程度比較小,網(wǎng)絡(luò)中每個(gè)企業(yè)受到的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力趨于平均;電力企業(yè)的集聚系數(shù)排名靠前,以這些企業(yè)為組織中心節(jié)點(diǎn)群內(nèi)的交易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度高,應(yīng)提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部的排污技術(shù)水平,減小來自外部的排污競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。通過這些分析發(fā)現(xiàn),要完善區(qū)域企業(yè)的排污管理,網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析不失為一種可行而有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Using the method of social network analysis, a model of industrial emission competition network in a region is constructed. The node represents each enterprise, and the weight of the edge indicates that the externality effect of one of the two connected nodes affects the interests of the other enterprise. In addition, the structural parameters in the network are studied. The results show that only a few nodes play an intermediary role in the competitive network. The edge weight service is distributed exponentially, the difference of edge weight is relatively small, and the competition pressure of each enterprise in the network tends to average; The agglomeration coefficient of electric power enterprises ranks first, and the trading competition degree within the cluster of these enterprises is high. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the technical level of pollutant emission within the enterprises and reduce the external pressure of emission competition. Through these analyses, it is found that network analysis is a feasible and effective method to improve the pollution management of regional enterprises.
