建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁關(guān)鍵技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本文提出了建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁地基處理新技術(shù),即建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁由環(huán)狀砂井和CFG樁共同構(gòu)成,砂井材料和CFG樁樁體骨料全部采用建筑垃圾(本文特指廢棄混凝土,后同)再生材料,建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁和樁間土以及砂礫石或碎石墊層一起形成建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁復(fù)合地基。本文對(duì)建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁地基處理技術(shù),通過室內(nèi)外試驗(yàn)、理論推導(dǎo)和有限元分析等方法進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究探索。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及結(jié)論如下:(1)對(duì)建筑垃圾再生骨料的基本物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)測(cè)定,進(jìn)行了低強(qiáng)度建筑垃圾再生CFG樁混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì),研究了各配合比CFG混合料強(qiáng)度、變形等性質(zhì);認(rèn)為建筑垃圾再生骨料可滿足作為低強(qiáng)度CFG樁樁身材料的骨料要求。(2)進(jìn)行了建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁及其復(fù)合地基的靜載荷試驗(yàn),對(duì)建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁承載力及樁身軸力、樁側(cè)摩阻力傳遞規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究。(3)進(jìn)行了建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)成樁試驗(yàn),對(duì)施工產(chǎn)生的超孔隙水壓力和土體深層水平位移進(jìn)行了監(jiān)測(cè)。提出了建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁施工工藝和施工方法,研究了施工中土體孔隙水壓力變化規(guī)律和擠土效應(yīng)。(4)基于砂井固結(jié)理論,推導(dǎo)了環(huán)狀砂井地基固結(jié)解析解,并利用Plaxis有限元軟件,分析了路堤下建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁復(fù)合地基固結(jié)特性以及沉降影響因素。本文提出的建筑垃圾再生排水CFG樁地基處理技術(shù),可提高地基處理效率,節(jié)約造價(jià),減少污染。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new technology for foundation treatment of recycled construction waste drainage CFG pile is proposed, that is, construction waste recycled drainage CFG pile is composed of annular sand well and CFG pile, sand well material and CFG pile aggregate are all made of construction waste (this paper refers specifically to abandoned concrete). With the same recycled materials, the composite foundation of recycled drainage CFG pile of construction waste is formed together with the soil between piles and gravel or gravel cushion. In this paper, the foundation treatment technology of recycled drainage CFG pile for construction waste is studied systematically through indoor and outdoor tests, theoretical derivation and finite element analysis. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: (1) the basic physical and mechanical properties of recycled aggregate of construction waste are measured in laboratory, and the mix proportion design of low strength recycled CFG pile mixture is carried out. The strength, deformation and other properties of CFG mixture are studied. It is considered that the recycled aggregate of construction waste can meet the requirement of aggregate as the material of low strength CFG pile. (2) the static load test of recycled drain CFG pile and its composite foundation is carried out. In this paper, the bearing capacity, axial force and frictional resistance of CFG pile are studied. (3) the field piling test of recycled drainage CFG pile of construction waste is carried out. The excess pore water pressure and the deep horizontal displacement of soil are monitored. The construction technology and construction method of recycled waste drainage CFG pile are put forward, and the variation law of pore water pressure and soil squeezing effect during construction are studied. (4) based on the consolidation theory of sand well, the analytical solution for consolidation of annular sand well foundation is derived. By using Plaxis finite element software, the consolidation characteristics and settlement influence factors of CFG pile composite foundation under embankment are analyzed. The construction waste recycled drainage CFG pile foundation treatment technology proposed in this paper can improve the efficiency of foundation treatment, save cost and reduce pollution.
