【摘要】：近年來,在工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化迅速推進(jìn)和人口急劇增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí),珠三角城市群正面臨嚴(yán)重的現(xiàn)代城市生態(tài)問題。生態(tài)安全問題已成為珠三角地區(qū)率先全面建成小康社會(huì)的重大制約瓶頸,對(duì)該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展構(gòu)成了嚴(yán)重的威脅。"珠江三角洲城市群生態(tài)安全保障技術(shù)"項(xiàng)目將圍繞脆弱生態(tài)修復(fù)與保護(hù)這一科技需求,對(duì)珠三角城市群復(fù)合生態(tài)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行綜合研究。項(xiàng)目將針對(duì)內(nèi)部互動(dòng)復(fù)雜、空間組織緊湊、經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)密切的城市群復(fù)合生態(tài)系統(tǒng),開展城市群生態(tài)基底核算與健康診斷、城市群代謝模擬與生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)警技術(shù)、城市群生態(tài)安全格局網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)及生態(tài)安全保障技術(shù)、城市群生態(tài)景觀重建與生態(tài)空間修復(fù)技術(shù)、瀕海城市群受損生境修復(fù)與生態(tài)安全保障技術(shù)以及城市群生態(tài)安全調(diào)控技術(shù)集成及協(xié)同監(jiān)管平臺(tái)構(gòu)建與示范等六方面的研究。項(xiàng)目將為珠三角城市群生態(tài)問題的識(shí)別、評(píng)估與調(diào)控提供有效的理論基礎(chǔ)、方法體系及技術(shù)示范,由之將為保障該城市群的生態(tài)安全提供科學(xué)支持,并帶來顯著的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of industrialization, urbanization and population growth, the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is facing serious urban ecological problems. Ecological security has become the bottleneck of the Pearl River Delta region to take the lead in building a well-off society in an all-round way, which poses a serious threat to the sustainable development of the region's economy and society. " The ecological security technology of the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration will focus on the scientific and technological demand of fragile ecological restoration and protection, and a comprehensive study on the complex ecosystem of the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration will be carried out. The project will focus on the complex ecosystem of urban agglomeration with complex internal interaction, compact spatial organization and close economic connection, carry out ecological base accounting and health diagnosis of urban agglomeration, simulate the metabolism of urban agglomeration and forecast and early warning technology of ecological risk. Urban agglomeration ecological security pattern network design and ecological security protection technology, urban agglomeration ecological landscape reconstruction and ecological space restoration technology, The research on restoration and ecological security technology of damaged habitat in coastal urban agglomeration, integration of ecological security regulation technology and construction and demonstration of cooperative supervision platform of urban agglomeration. The project will provide an effective theoretical basis, method system and technology demonstration for the identification, evaluation and regulation of ecological problems in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration, which will provide scientific support for ensuring the ecological security of the urban agglomeration and bring about a remarkable society.
