氣能絮凝預(yù)處理合成橡膠廢水工程調(diào)試及問題分析

【摘要】:介紹了某合成橡膠廢水預(yù)處理工程的調(diào)試過程,表明采用氣能絮凝裝置去除合成橡膠廢水中的聚羧酸鹽和膠粒在技術(shù)上是可行的,正常運行時出水聚羧酸鹽≤2 mg/L,SS≤25 mg/L。陽離子PAM的投加是氣能絮凝工藝的關(guān)鍵,設(shè)計時應(yīng)充分考慮廢水易起泡、浮渣過干而難運送的現(xiàn)實問題。通過改變混凝劑種類和PAM加藥點,可以進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化氣能絮凝裝置的處理效果。
