活性污泥法降解三溴苯酚

【摘要】:為探究三溴苯酚(TBP)在活性污泥系統(tǒng)中的降解過程,采用馴化活性污泥的方法,考察了初始濃度、pH、溫度、外加碳源、重金屬及絡合劑對活性污泥降解三溴苯酚的影響。研究表明,當三溴苯酚質(zhì)量濃度為10~50 mg/L時,降解過程符合零級動力學。活性污泥對三溴苯酚的比基質(zhì)吸附速率q_(bd)隨pH增大而減小,且當pH為7.0~8.0時,有利于生物降解。苯酚和雙酚A作為外加碳源時對三溴苯酚的降解產(chǎn)生抑制作用。Cu~(2+)和Ni~(2+)的存在也抑制了三溴苯酚的降解,且Ni~(2+)的抑制效應要強于Cu~(2+)。檸檬酸作為絡合劑通過降低水相中游離金屬離子的濃度可以減弱重金屬對活性污泥的抑制作用,當Cu~(2+)與檸檬酸物質(zhì)的量之比為1:4時,Cu~(2+)的抑制效應完全可以清除。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the degradation process of tribromophenol (TBP) in activated sludge system, the effects of initial concentration, pH, temperature, carbon source, heavy metal and complex agent on the degradation of tribromophenol were investigated by acclimation of activated sludge. The results showed that when the mass concentration of tribromophenol was 1050 mg/L, the degradation process was in accordance with zero order kinetics. The specific substrate adsorption rate Q _ (bd) of activated sludge for tribromophenol decreased with the increase of pH, and it was advantageous to biodegradation when pH was 7.00.0.The results showed that the adsorption rate of tribromophenol by activated sludge decreased with the increase of pH. Cu~ (2) and Ni~ (2) also inhibited the degradation of tribromophenol, and the inhibitory effect of Ni~ (2) was stronger than that of Cu~ (2). The inhibition of heavy metals on activated sludge can be weakened by reducing the concentration of free metal ions in aqueous phase by using citric acid as the complexing agent. When the ratio of Cu~ (2) to citric acid is 1:4, The inhibitory effect of Cu~ (2) can be completely eliminated.
