餐飲垃圾提油中試實(shí)驗(yàn)的加熱釜參數(shù)選擇

【摘要】:為了選擇適宜的水蒸氣直噴加熱餐飲垃圾預(yù)處理提油工藝的加熱溫度,通過中試規(guī)模提油實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了加熱釜不同加熱溫度(60~120℃)下的提油量,以及加熱釜的熱能利用率。結(jié)果表明,加熱釜加熱溫度為90℃時(shí),每噸濕餐飲垃圾,提油量為(33±1)kg粗油脂,提純出的粗油脂含水率小于3%,油脂回收率約為62.7%,且此時(shí)可獲得較大利潤,加熱釜熱能利用率約63.9%~78.6%。該中試實(shí)驗(yàn)研究為餐飲垃圾濕熱提油工藝的應(yīng)用提供了理論數(shù)據(jù)支持。
