納米二氧化鈰對(duì)蛋白核小球藻的生物學(xué)效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:納米二氧化鈰(CeO_2)在被廣泛使用的同時(shí),其潛在的環(huán)境效應(yīng)也受到人們?cè)絹碓蕉嗟年P(guān)注。以蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,研究納米CeO_2的生物學(xué)效應(yīng),為探索納米材料對(duì)微藻的生物學(xué)效應(yīng)提供理論基礎(chǔ)和數(shù)據(jù)支持。研究結(jié)果顯示:1)納米CeO_2在低濃度(≤80 mg·L~(-1))時(shí)可促進(jìn)蛋白核小球藻的生長(zhǎng)及色素、可溶性蛋白等的合成,但在高濃度(80 mg·L~(-1))下具有毒性效應(yīng);2)低濃度納米CeO_2可誘導(dǎo)藻細(xì)胞合成超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)等可溶性蛋白,以抵御納米CeO_2的脅迫;但在高濃度時(shí)又會(huì)降低SOD活力;3)隨著納米CeO_2濃度的升高,藻細(xì)胞中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量顯著增加,說明藻細(xì)胞中活性氧自由基(reactive oxygen species,ROS)過量積累,這將破壞藻細(xì)胞的膜結(jié)構(gòu)與功能,使細(xì)胞遭受嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷。
