二次纖維造紙污水厭氧處理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:廣西某造紙廠二次纖維造紙廢水CODCr為900~1010mg/L, BOD5為180~215 mg/L,總氮為2.75mg/L,總磷為0.75mg/L,色度為128倍,SS為250-350mg/L,pH為8.0-8.8,水質(zhì)成分復(fù)雜,富含難降解有機(jī)污染物。本研究利用厭氧處理工藝處理該造紙廢水,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)AF工藝處理該造紙廢水的最佳運(yùn)行條件是HRT為30h、pH為8.3、溫度為35-C。當(dāng)進(jìn)水CODcr為975.7~984.5mg/L時(shí),出水CODCr為540.0~559.1mg/L,平均去除率為44.1%;進(jìn)水色度128倍,出水色度100倍,去除率為21.9%;對(duì)SS的去除率為92.9-94.6%。(2) UASB工藝處理該造紙廢水的最佳運(yùn)行條件是HRT為30h、pH為8.3、溫度為35-C。當(dāng)進(jìn)水CODCr為975.7~984.5mg/L時(shí),出水CODCr為405.4~452.4mg/L,平均去除率為55.2%;進(jìn)水色度128倍,出水色度100倍,去除率為21.9%;對(duì)SS的去除率為91.4~93.4%。(3) EGSB工藝處理該造紙廢水的最佳運(yùn)行條件是HRT為30h、pH為8.3、溫度為35-C、回流比為100%。當(dāng)進(jìn)水CODCr為947.5~984.5mg/L時(shí),出水CODCr為312.5-346.1mg/L,平均去除率為65.3%;進(jìn)水色度128倍,出水色度80倍去除率37.5%;對(duì)SS的去除率為91.6~92.996。(4)兩段厭氧工藝的最佳運(yùn)行條件是:第一段HRT為8h、pH為8.3;第二段HRT為30h、pH為8.3,溫度為35℃,回流比為100%。當(dāng)進(jìn)水CODCr為940.8~982.1 mg/L時(shí),出水CODCr為266.8~306.4mmg/L,平均去除率為70.7%;進(jìn)水色度128倍,出水色度80倍,去除率37.5%;對(duì)SS的去除率為91.3%~93.9%。通過對(duì)各厭氧處理方案進(jìn)行綜合分析比較,兩段厭氧工藝的出水CODcr能滿足《造紙工業(yè)水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB3544-2001)本色木漿的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,是適合處理該造紙廢水的厭氧工藝。
