濕式氧化法對垃圾滲濾液膜濾濃縮液中磷去除效果研究

【摘要】:采用濕式氧化技術處理垃圾滲濾液膜濾濃縮液,探討不同反應條件(溫度、pH、催化劑濃度)下的除磷效果。結(jié)果表明,隨著溫度及催化劑濃度的提高均能不同程度的提高濾液中P的去除率,pH對除磷效果影響不大,但偏堿性條件下其去除率還是高于酸性條件下,濕式氧化技術處理垃圾滲濾液的最佳參數(shù)為:溫度控制175~200℃,pH 9,催化劑濃度20 mg/L。在此反應條件下,出水總磷及正磷酸鹽含量分別為4.2,3.8 mg/L;去除率分別為82.2%,89.6%。
[Abstract]:Wet air oxidation (WFA) technology was used to treat landfill leachate membrane filtration concentrate, and the phosphorus removal efficiency under different reaction conditions (temperature, concentration of pH, catalyst) was discussed. The results showed that with the increase of temperature and catalyst concentration, the removal rate of P in filtrate could be increased to some extent, and pH had little effect on phosphorus removal, but the removal rate of phosphorus in alkaline condition was still higher than that in acidic condition.
