黑龍江省某管理局生活垃圾衛(wèi)生填埋場工程設(shè)計
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, people's standard of living has been gradually improved. The rapid increase of municipal solid waste has become an important source of environmental pollution, and has been listed as one of the three environmental problems to be solved. The ultimate goal of solving the garbage problem is to make the garbage harmless, reduced and resource. At present, sanitary landfill, high-temperature compost, incineration and comprehensive utilization are the main methods of MSW. At present, a certain administrative bureau in Heilongjiang Province is carrying about 80 t / d of domestic garbage. There is a landfill in the central urban area, one kilometer south of the first community and three kilometers from the center of the town, covering an area of 1.5 hectares. Garbage collection process is garbage collection, only simple landfill, serious pollution of the environment. The treatment field is close to saturation and can not meet the needs of urban development. On the basis of investigating the production, growth trend and disposal status of MSW in a certain administrative bureau, the paper considers the economic strength and investment ability in view of the local characteristics of natural condition, climate condition, geology and geomorphology, etc. The proposed site conditions, refuse composition, the overall requirements of urban development to the environment, combined with the national industrial policy and the overall planning of the administration, the sanitary landfill process is to be adopted to solve the problem of local domestic waste disposal. Sanitary landfill is a technology developed on the basis of traditional landfill. As one of the traditional methods for the final disposal of domestic refuse, landfill is still the main method to solve most of the domestic garbage in China. The ground water guiding and discharging facilities are designed in the landfill by zonal layering operation. 1.5mm thick high density polyethylene (HDPE) impervious film should be used in the impervious material, and the protective layer of geotextile and sodium bentonite blanket should be used to protect the HDPE film under the impervious film. In the design of the project, the landfill gas is discharged by combining the vertical cage well with the leachate diversion layer and the sealing field exhaust layer at the bottom of the field, and used for power generation after collection. Landfill leachate was collected by horizontal and vertical collection system and discharged by MVR process. The implementation of this project provides an important guarantee for the improvement of regional environmental hygiene and the promotion of ecological city construction.
