一種使用CALPUFF模式的大氣環(huán)境紅線劃定技術(shù)

【摘要】:運用CALPUFF模式的源貢獻計算功能,將關(guān)注點或區(qū)域設(shè)置成受體,計算網(wǎng)格化分布的虛擬點源對這些受體的濃度貢獻率,從而識別出對關(guān)注點或區(qū)域影響較大的區(qū)域并將之劃入大氣環(huán)境紅線范圍內(nèi)。目前常見的做法是將非均勻分布的關(guān)注點設(shè)置為受體,但這會導致紅線劃定結(jié)果受受體分布影響很大,增加不確定性。文章以上海地區(qū)為例,比較了非均勻分布受體和網(wǎng)格化均勻分布受體2種不同設(shè)置的計算結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)受體均勻分布時,得到的紅線劃定結(jié)果的不確定性更低更便于進行后續(xù)分析;通過對虛擬點源排放高度進行敏感性試驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)在受體均勻分布的情況下,排放高度的差異對紅線劃定結(jié)果的影響較小,進一步說明均勻分布的受體設(shè)置更具有魯棒性(即抗變換性)。這種使用CALPUFF模式定量地計算虛擬點源對受體的貢獻,從而劃定大氣環(huán)境紅線的技術(shù)在城市環(huán)境規(guī)劃方面具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Using the source contribution calculation function of CALPUFF model, the focus or region is set up as receptors, and the concentration contribution rate of virtual point source to these receptors is calculated by grid distribution. Thus, the regions which have a great influence on the focus or region are identified and placed within the red line of the atmospheric environment. At present, the common practice is to set the attention point of non-uniform distribution as the receptor, but this will lead to the red line delineation results greatly affected by the receptor distribution, increasing uncertainty. In this paper, taking Shanghai area as an example, we compare the calculation results of two different sets of non-uniform distributed receptors and gridded uniformly distributed receptors. It is found that when the receptors are uniformly distributed, the uncertainty of the obtained red line delineation results is lower and more convenient for subsequent analysis. Based on the sensitivity test of the virtual point source emission height, it was found that the difference of emission height had little effect on the red line delineation results under the condition of uniform distribution of the receptors. It is further proved that the uniformly distributed receptors are more robust (i.e. anti-transformation). The CALPUFF model is used to quantitatively calculate the contribution of the virtual point source to the receptor, thus the technique of delineating the red line of the atmospheric environment has a broad application prospect in urban environmental planning.
