烏梁素海湖濱帶溫室氣體交換通量研究

【摘要】:作為中國(guó)八大淡水湖之一的內(nèi)蒙古烏梁素海,它是全球范圍內(nèi)干旱草原及荒漠地區(qū)極為少見的大型多功能湖泊濕地,但是隨著工業(yè)污水以及農(nóng)田灌溉退水不斷的流入,導(dǎo)致水體富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化日益加重,而作為富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化的特征指標(biāo)N及P等含量,同時(shí)也對(duì)溫室氣體的排放產(chǎn)生了重要影響。本研究利用“靜態(tài)暗箱-氣相色譜法”,于2013.06~2013.11與2014.03~2014.12觀測(cè)了烏梁素海湖濱帶(岸上白刺群落→近岸堿蓬群落→湖中蘆葦群落)CH4、N2O交換通量、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)總呼吸(TRE)及相關(guān)環(huán)境變量(土壤溫度(5 cm);土壤濕度(0-6 cm);土壤銨態(tài)氮、硝態(tài)氮;土壤溶解性有機(jī)碳(DOC) (0-10 cm))。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:烏梁素海湖濱帶N2O交換通量和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)總呼吸具有明顯的時(shí)間變化規(guī)律。在觀測(cè)期間CH4交換通量為正值,即表現(xiàn)為源,CH4交換通量與土壤溫度、土壤濕度及土壤銨態(tài)氮含量均呈極顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.01),與硝態(tài)氮含量呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.01),CH4交換通量與DOC呈顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05);湖濱帶的N20交換通量與土壤溫度、土壤硝態(tài)氮含量呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05),與土壤濕度呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.01),而與銨態(tài)氮之間呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05),DOC對(duì)其沒有顯著影響;湖濱帶生態(tài)系統(tǒng)總呼吸(TRE)在觀測(cè)周期內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低的趨勢(shì),其與土壤溫度及土壤濕度均呈極顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.01),說(shuō)明土壤溫度與濕度對(duì)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)總呼吸(TRE)有顯著影響,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)總呼吸(TRE)與DOC呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:As one of the eight largest freshwater lakes in China, the Wuliangsuhai Sea in Inner Mongolia is a large, multifunctional lake wetland rarely seen in arid grasslands and desert areas around the world. However, with the continuous inflow of industrial sewage and farmland irrigation receding water, As a characteristic index of eutrophication, the contents of N and P also have an important effect on the emission of greenhouse gases. In this study, the CH4,N2O exchange fluxes in the lakeshore zone of Wuliangsuhai were observed by "static dark box gas chromatography" on March 06, 2013.11 and April 3, 2014, respectively, and the CH4,N2O exchange fluxes were observed in the lakeside zone of Suhai Lake (the community of Suaeda salsa on shore), and the Reed community in the lake of Suaeda salsa community on shore. Total respiration (TRE) of ecosystem and related environmental variables (soil temperature (5 cm);) Soil moisture (0-6 cm);) soil ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen; soil dissolved organic carbon (DOC) () 0-10 cm). The experimental results show that the N2O exchange flux and total respiration of ecosystem in the lakeside zone of Wuliangsuhai have obvious temporal variation. During the observation period, the CH4 exchange flux was positive, that is, the source. The CH4 exchange flux was positively correlated with soil temperature, soil moisture and soil ammonium nitrogen content (P0.01). There was a very significant negative correlation with nitrate nitrogen content (P0.01), and a significant correlation between CH4 exchange flux and DOC (P0.05). N20 exchange flux in lakeside zone was positively correlated with soil temperature and nitrate content (P0.05), negatively correlated with soil moisture (P0.01), and negatively correlated with ammonium nitrogen (P0.05). DOC had no significant effect on it. The total respiratory (TRE) of lakeshore ecosystem increased first and then decreased during the observation period, and showed a significant positive correlation with soil temperature and soil moisture (P0.01). The results showed that soil temperature and humidity had significant effects on total respiration (TRE) of ecosystem, and total respiration (TRE) and DOC were positively correlated (P0.05).
