智能控制氣升式SBBR污水處理裝置的脫氮效能研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)污水同步硝化反硝化原理,在SBR反應(yīng)器基礎(chǔ)上進行改進,設(shè)計一體化智能控制氣升式SBBR污水處理裝置,并在反應(yīng)器中投加自主研發(fā)的電氣石陶粒,系統(tǒng)精準(zhǔn)調(diào)控反應(yīng)器內(nèi)部環(huán)境參數(shù),考察其對模擬生活污水的脫氮效能。結(jié)果表明,15 d系統(tǒng)反應(yīng)器啟動成功,出水COD為15.61 mg/L,氨氮質(zhì)量濃度為3.9 mg/L,穩(wěn)定運行期間采用傳統(tǒng)厭氧(3 h)/好氧(7 h)/缺氧(1.5 h)工藝條件,COD、氨氮去除率分別達(dá)到93%、89%,出水水質(zhì)完全滿足城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB18918-2002)的一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。典型周期內(nèi)由于同步硝化反硝化作用,其出水氨氮、硝態(tài)氮、亞硝態(tài)氮質(zhì)量濃度分別為3.21、1.38、0.577 mg/L,脫氮效能顯著。該污水處理裝置具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作方便、精準(zhǔn)控制、節(jié)能低耗等優(yōu)點,適用于小型污水處理及教學(xué)實驗科研。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification of sewage, an integrated intelligent control air lift SBBR wastewater treatment unit was designed on the basis of SBR reactor, and an independently developed tourmaline ceramsite was added to the reactor. The internal environmental parameters of the reactor were accurately controlled and the denitrification efficiency of the reactor on simulated domestic sewage was investigated. The results showed that the reactor was successfully started in 15 d, and the effluent COD was 15.61 mg/L, and the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 3.9 mg/L,. Under the conditions of traditional anaerobic (3 h) / aerobic (7 h) / anoxic (1. 5 h) process during stable operation, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of COD, reached 933 ~ 89%, respectively. The effluent quality completely meets the first class A standard of the pollutant discharge standard (GB18918-2002) of the municipal wastewater treatment plant. Due to simultaneous nitrification and denitrification, the denitrification efficiency of effluent ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen were 3.21 ~ 1.38 ~ 0.577 mg/L, respectively. The sewage treatment device has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, accurate control, energy saving and low consumption, etc. It is suitable for small-scale sewage treatment and teaching, experiment and scientific research.
