平頂山污水處理廠工藝研究

【摘要】:平頂山市區(qū)目前的排水體系基本采用分流排水體制,現(xiàn)建有污水處理廠和提升泵站各一座即第一污水處理廠和第一污水泵站。根據(jù)平頂山市排水系統(tǒng)總體發(fā)展規(guī)劃及調(diào)整,需要建設(shè)第二污水處理廠,近期工程為2012年,遠(yuǎn)期工程為2020年。本工程服務(wù)范圍為神馬大道與湛南路以南,光明路以東,南三環(huán)路以北,神馬路以西,服務(wù)面積約29.6km2。第二污水處理廠收水范圍規(guī)劃為二個區(qū),分別是鐵東區(qū)和鐵西區(qū)。近期服務(wù)面積約14.6km2。鐵東區(qū)距擬建的第二污水廠較近,處于沙河下游,規(guī)劃為高新工業(yè)園區(qū),工業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)以輕度污染和無污染的高科技企業(yè)為主;鐵西區(qū)距老城區(qū)較近,處于沙河上游,規(guī)劃以商住區(qū)為主。根據(jù)平頂山市排水工程現(xiàn)狀,城市污水量預(yù)測近期污水量40萬噸/日,遠(yuǎn)期60萬噸/日。第一污水處理廠設(shè)計總規(guī)模為日處理污水25萬噸。2000年12月完成一期工程,日處理量為15萬噸,污水處理后排入湛河,二期工程日處理污水10萬噸于2005年底建成并已經(jīng)投入運營,目前一廠已經(jīng)滿負(fù)荷運行。規(guī)劃排水體制采用分流制,新區(qū)建設(shè)采用嚴(yán)格的雨污分流制,現(xiàn)建成區(qū)范圍對管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)進行全面整治,逐步改造成嚴(yán)格的分流制,平頂山市第二污水處理工程近期建設(shè)規(guī)模為5萬m3/d,遠(yuǎn)期建設(shè)規(guī)模為15萬m3/d。根據(jù)平頂山市相關(guān)規(guī)定和環(huán)境保護要求,處理后的水廠出水水質(zhì)要求達到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用氧化溝為主體的污水處理工藝。
[Abstract]:At present, the drainage system of Pingdingshan city is divided into two parts, namely, the first sewage treatment plant and the first sewage pump station. According to the overall development plan and adjustment of drainage system in Pingdingshan, the second sewage treatment plant should be built. The short-term project is 2012 and the long-term project is 2020. The service scope of the project is south of Shenma Avenue and Zhan Nan Road, east of Guangming Road, north of South third Ring Road and west of Shenma Road, with a service area of about 29.6km2. The second sewage treatment works area is planned as two districts, namely Tiedong District and Tiexi District. Recent service area is about 14.6 km2. Tiedong District is close to the proposed second sewage plant, located in the lower reaches of the Shahe River, and is planned as a high-tech industrial park with light and no pollution. Tiexi from the old urban area near, in the upper reaches of the Shahe River, mainly planning commercial settlements. According to the present situation of drainage engineering in Pingdingshan City, urban sewage volume is predicted to be 400000 tons / day in the near future and 600000 tons / day in the future. The total design scale of the first sewage treatment plant is 250000 tons of sewage per day. The first phase of the project was completed in December 2000, with a daily treatment capacity of 150000 tons, and then discharged into Zhanhe. 100000 tons of sewage treatment was completed and put into operation at the end of 2005. The planning and drainage system adopts a diversion system, and the construction of a new area adopts a strict system of distribution of rain and pollution. Now the scope of the built area comprehensively renovates the pipe network system and gradually transforms it into a strict diversion system. The construction scale of the second sewage treatment project in Pingdingshan is 50, 000 m3 / d in the near future and 150000 m3 / d in the future. According to the relevant regulations and environmental protection requirements of Pingdingshan City, the effluent quality requirement of treated water works reached the first class A standard of the pollutant discharge standard of the municipal wastewater treatment plant, and the wastewater treatment process with oxidation ditch as the main body was adopted.
