污染場地修復(fù)生命周期評估程序與模型的研究進展

【摘要】:污染場地綠色修復(fù)和可持續(xù)管理逐漸成為國際上倡導(dǎo)的發(fā)展方向,修復(fù)過程對環(huán)境產(chǎn)生的影響日益受到重視。生命周期評估(LCA)作為一種可評估項目全過程環(huán)境影響的新興技術(shù),可以從污染場地自身環(huán)境改善的角度進行效益評估,同時解決污染場地修復(fù)工程本身可能在區(qū)域和全球尺度上產(chǎn)生的其他負面影響,在污染土壤、底泥、地下水修復(fù)管理決策中已有較多應(yīng)用。從評估程序、評估模型、不確定性研究等方面對污染場地修復(fù)LCA進行論述,為中國污染場地綠色修復(fù)和可持續(xù)管理中使用LCA方法提供參考。
[Abstract]:Green remediation and sustainable management of polluted sites have gradually become the development direction of international advocacy, and the environmental impact of remediation process has been paid more and more attention. Life cycle assessment (LCA) is an emerging technology that can be used to evaluate the environmental impact of the whole process of a project, which can be evaluated from the perspective of the environmental improvement of the contaminated site itself. At the same time, it has been applied to the management decision of contaminated soil, sediment and groundwater remediation, which may have other negative effects on the regional and global scale. From the aspects of evaluation procedure, evaluation model and uncertainty study, the paper discusses the LCA restoration of contaminated sites, which provides a reference for the use of LCA method in the green remediation and sustainable management of contaminated sites in China.
