【摘要】："兩個(gè)率先"是江蘇省21世紀(jì)頭20年的奮斗目標(biāo),在邁向"兩個(gè)率先"的進(jìn)程中,生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù)和改善是最大的挑戰(zhàn)與制約因素。該文在探討"在江蘇生態(tài)文明建設(shè)中彰顯‘兩個(gè)率先’"的內(nèi)涵及意義的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了彰顯"兩個(gè)率先"的價(jià)值觀基礎(chǔ)是生態(tài)集體主義價(jià)值觀,基本思路包括"加強(qiáng)生態(tài)文化建設(shè),構(gòu)建江蘇和諧發(fā)展的共同思想基礎(chǔ)"、"大力發(fā)展生態(tài)科技產(chǎn)業(yè)和綠色環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè),增強(qiáng)江蘇經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力"、"科學(xué)實(shí)施生態(tài)文明建設(shè)工程,全面優(yōu)化江蘇宜業(yè)宜居的生態(tài)環(huán)境"。
[Abstract]:"two leaders" is the goal of Jiangsu Province in the first 20 years of the 21st century. In the process of "two leaders", the protection and improvement of ecological environment is the biggest challenge and restriction factor. On the basis of discussing the connotation and significance of "showing the first two" in the construction of Jiangsu's ecological civilization, this paper expounds that the value basis of "two first" is the value of ecological collectivism. The basic ideas include "strengthening the construction of ecological culture, constructing the common ideological basis for the harmonious development of Jiangsu", "vigorously developing ecological science and technology industry and green environmental protection industry, and strengthening the sustainable development capacity of Jiangsu's economy". To carry out the ecological civilization construction project scientifically and to optimize the ecological environment of Jiangsu province.
