藻紅外測(cè)試多元有機(jī)藥品聯(lián)合作用偏差系數(shù)分析

【摘要】:藻紅外測(cè)試聯(lián)合作用偏差系數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)法作為一種創(chuàng)新性的聯(lián)合作用評(píng)價(jià)體系,其偏差系數(shù)值直接關(guān)系到聯(lián)合作用評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,因此偏差系數(shù)值至關(guān)重要。目前,聯(lián)合作用偏差系數(shù)法偏差系數(shù)0.42,用于二元聯(lián)合作用評(píng)價(jià)效果很好,但用于三元、四元、五元聯(lián)合作用評(píng)價(jià)效果怎樣,需要實(shí)驗(yàn)研究認(rèn)知。為了研究多元聯(lián)合作用類型與偏差系數(shù)的關(guān)系,本研究開展了苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氯苯、三氯甲烷等五種藥品的多元聯(lián)合作用測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn),通過同藥相加作用測(cè)試和異藥聯(lián)合作用測(cè)試分析多元聯(lián)合作用與偏差系數(shù)的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果如下:實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果:(1)當(dāng)取偏差系數(shù)值為0.42時(shí),藻紅外測(cè)試三元,四元,五元有機(jī)藥品同藥聯(lián)合作用實(shí)驗(yàn)中相加作用重現(xiàn)性的出現(xiàn)率分別為40%,0%,40%。(2)根據(jù)偏差系數(shù)計(jì)算式得到三元聯(lián)合作用作用的平均偏差系數(shù)為0.76,四元的為0.78,五元的為0.79,取其平均值得到總均偏差系數(shù)為0.78.(3)當(dāng)取偏差系數(shù)值為0.78時(shí),三元,四元,五元有機(jī)藥品同藥相加實(shí)驗(yàn)中相加作用重現(xiàn)性的出現(xiàn)率均為100%(4)當(dāng)偏差系數(shù)值取0.42時(shí),三元,四元,五元有機(jī)藥品異藥聯(lián)合作用實(shí)驗(yàn)中拮抗作用重現(xiàn)性的出現(xiàn)率分別為90%,100%,100%(5)當(dāng)偏差系數(shù)取0.78時(shí),三元,四元,五元有機(jī)藥品異藥聯(lián)合作用實(shí)驗(yàn)中拮抗作用重現(xiàn)性的出現(xiàn)率分別為40%,0%,0%研究結(jié)論:(1)偏差系數(shù)值0.42僅適合二元聯(lián)合作用評(píng)價(jià)。(2)多元聯(lián)合作用與偏差系數(shù)的關(guān)系是元數(shù)增加偏差系數(shù)增大,即聯(lián)合作用評(píng)價(jià)的偏差系數(shù)值是二元三元四元五元。
[Abstract]:As an innovative joint action evaluation system, the deviation coefficient value of algal infrared test is directly related to the result of joint action evaluation, so the deviation coefficient value is very important. At present, the deviation coefficient of the method of deviation coefficient of combined action is 0.42, which is very effective in the evaluation of binary combined action, but it is necessary to study the cognition of experiment for the evaluation effect of ternary, quaternary and five-element combined action. In order to study the relationship between the type of multicomponent combined action and the deviation coefficient, the multicomponent combined action test of benzene, toluene, xylene, chlorobenzene and chloromethane was carried out. The relationship between the multivariate combined action and the deviation coefficient was analyzed by the additive test of the same drug and the combined action test of the heteropharmaceuticals. The results are as follows: (1) when the deviation coefficient is 0.42, the reproducibility of additive action in the experiments of ternary, quaternary and five-component organic drugs is 40%. (2) according to the formula of deviation coefficient, the average deviation coefficient of ternary combined action is 0.76, that of quaternion is 0.78, and that of five-element is 0.79. The mean deviation coefficient is 0.78. (3) when the deviation coefficient is 0.78, the mean deviation coefficient is three or four elements. The reproducibility of additive action was 100% (4) when the coefficient of deviation was 0.42, the reproducibility of additive action was three yuan and four yuan. The reproducibility of antagonistic action in the combination experiment of five-component organic drugs and heteropharmaceuticals was 90% 100% (5) when the deviation coefficient was 0.78, three yuan, four yuan, The reproducibility of antagonism in the combination of five organic drugs and heteropharmaceuticals was 40%. The conclusion of this study is as follows: (1) the deviation coefficient value of 0.42 is only suitable for the evaluation of binary combination action. (2) the relationship between the multivariate combination action and the deviation coefficient is the increase of the coefficient of deviation by increasing the number of variables. That is to say, the deviation coefficient value of joint action evaluation is binary ternary quaternion and quintuple.
