城鎮(zhèn)小型污水處理廠工藝設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國的城鎮(zhèn)化隨經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不斷提高,越來越多的人由農(nóng)村涌向城鎮(zhèn),推動城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,使得小城鎮(zhèn)的數(shù)量發(fā)生驟增。伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快和經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,小城鎮(zhèn)的水環(huán)境也面臨著嚴(yán)重的污染。為了避免走“先污染,后治理”的老路,配合我國可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的完成,我們要研究出適合中小城鎮(zhèn)的污水處理工藝,使得中小城鎮(zhèn)的人能獲取安全的水源,保證工業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)以及生活用水,并將污水處理到符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。本論文以陜西省某城鎮(zhèn)鎮(zhèn)區(qū)污水處理廠設(shè)計為例,對小城鎮(zhèn)污水處理工藝進(jìn)行研究。首先,根據(jù)參考對比的方式確定該城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠的進(jìn)水水質(zhì);其次根據(jù)該污水廠出水需要達(dá)到的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過分析比較得出該廠處理工藝;并對工藝進(jìn)行分析研究計算,得出下列結(jié)論:(1)本項目研究就一期水量為1000m3/d的污水規(guī)模進(jìn)行研究,排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滿足《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB18918 2002)一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。(2)本項目通過對氧化溝工藝、倒置A2/O工藝、傳統(tǒng)SBR工藝進(jìn)行比選,最終確定采用倒置A2/O處理工藝。運(yùn)用“泥齡法”計算倒置A2/O工藝得出,缺氧、厭氧、好氧段的水力停留時間(HRT)分別為:3.82h,1.9h,15.26h;單池體積分別為:79.5 m3、39.7m3,317.9m3。(3)采用新型離子濾布濾池進(jìn)行過濾。(4)消毒劑采用二氧化氯(ClO2),去除各種細(xì)菌、病原菌等微生物。(5)本項目設(shè)計水量較小,為了保證脫氮除磷的高效性,采用倒置A2/O工藝,確定了相關(guān)構(gòu)筑物的參數(shù),為同類型城鎮(zhèn)小型污水處理廠提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization of our country has been improving with the development of economy, and more people are flocking from the countryside to the towns, promoting the development of the urban economy, which makes the quantity of the small towns increase sharply. With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of economy, the water environment of small towns is also facing serious pollution. In order to avoid the old road of "pollution first, then control", and with the completion of the sustainable development strategy of our country, we should develop a sewage treatment process suitable for small and medium-sized cities and towns, so that people in small and medium-sized towns can obtain safe water sources. Ensure industrial, agricultural and domestic water, and sewage treatment to meet the requirements of national standards. In this paper, the design of sewage treatment plant in a town of Shaanxi province is taken as an example to study the process of sewage treatment in small towns. Firstly, the influent water quality of the sewage treatment plant is determined according to the way of reference and contrast, and then according to the standard of the effluent from the sewage treatment plant, the treatment process of the plant is obtained through the analysis and comparison. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the scale of wastewater with the first phase of 1000m3/d is studied in this project. The discharge standard meets the first class A standard of GB18918 2002. (2) this project compares and selects the oxidation ditch process, the inverted A2 / O process and the traditional SBR process. The inverted A _ 2 / O treatment process was finally adopted. The hydraulic retention time (HRT) of anoxic, anaerobic and aerobic stages was calculated by "mud age method" in inverted A _ 2 / O process. The HRT of anoxic, anaerobic and aerobic sections were 3.82 hU 1.9hU 15.26h; The volume of the single cell is 79.5 m ~ 3 ~ (3) m ~ (3) ~ 39.7m ~ (3) m ~ (3). (3) A new type of ion filter is used to filter. (4) the disinfectant chlorine dioxide (ClO2) is used to remove all kinds of bacteria. (5) in order to ensure the high efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, the parameters of related structures are determined by inverted A _ 2 / O process, which provides a reference for the small sewage treatment plants of the same type towns.
