小型城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠提標(biāo)難點(diǎn)分析及改造方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為深入實(shí)施省委、省政府“五水共治、治污先行”的決策部署,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)浙江省水環(huán)境治理,全面改善水環(huán)境,加快推進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,2014年4月30日,浙江省環(huán)境保護(hù)廳發(fā)布《浙江省治污水(2014-2017年)實(shí)施方案》,方案中指出“堅(jiān)持‘一廠一策’,加快推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠提標(biāo)改造,對所有出水水質(zhì)達(dá)不到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB18918-2002)一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的污水處理廠實(shí)行提標(biāo)改造!闭憬∨R安市某鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為5000噸/天,采用“格柵+沉砂池+初沉池+A2O-SBR+標(biāo)準(zhǔn)排放井”處理工藝,設(shè)計(jì)出水水質(zhì)執(zhí)行《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》一級B標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。運(yùn)營期間,實(shí)際處理負(fù)荷率67-92%,實(shí)際進(jìn)水水質(zhì)基本小于設(shè)計(jì)值,實(shí)際出水COD、BOD5達(dá)到一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn);實(shí)際出水SS、TN、TP雖基本達(dá)到原設(shè)計(jì)的一級B標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但是未達(dá)到一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn);原工程無尾水消毒裝置,因此,TN、TP、SS的去除和尾水消毒是本次提標(biāo)改造的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。本文通過對污水處理廠現(xiàn)狀、運(yùn)營情況和難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析研究,校核原設(shè)計(jì)工藝流程、構(gòu)筑物設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備選型等參數(shù),分析提標(biāo)難點(diǎn),提出相應(yīng)的解決措施。通過設(shè)置懸掛式PVA多相聚合物生物填料,強(qiáng)化生化處理能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)不停水停機(jī)提高脫氮效率;在生化池后增加深度處理工藝——混凝砂濾池,采用硫酸鋁作為絮凝劑,PAM作為助凝劑,強(qiáng)化除磷和除SS能力;用紫外線消毒去除尾水中微生物污染,從而使得最終出水的TN、TP、SS、糞大腸桿菌等指標(biāo)均可穩(wěn)定達(dá)到一級A排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。污水處理廠提標(biāo)改造,使受納水體水質(zhì)得到改善,污染物的年排放量得到削減,污染物COD、BOD5、SS的年排放量均減少18.25噸,NH3-N為5.48噸,TN為9.13噸,TP為0.91噸?偼顿Y443.75萬元,噸水單位投資887.50元,改造部分新增運(yùn)行成本0.103元/噸水,改造后總運(yùn)行成本0.803元/噸水。
[Abstract]:In order to implement the decision plan of the provincial party committee and the provincial government "five water management, pollution control first", to further strengthen the water environment management in Zhejiang Province, to improve the water environment in an all-round way, and to speed up the transformation and upgrading. On April 30, 2014, The Environmental Protection Department of Zhejiang Province issued the implementation Plan for sewage treatment in Zhejiang Province (2014-2017), in which it was pointed out that "adhere to the 'one plant, one policy' policy, and speed up the upgrading of municipal sewage treatment plants." For all sewage treatment plants whose effluent quality is not up to the first class A standard of GB18918-2002, the upgrading of standards is carried out. " The design scale of a town sewage treatment plant in Linan City of Zhejiang Province is 5000 tons / day. The treatment process of "A2O-SBR standard discharge well for primary settling tank of grid sand sink" is adopted. The effluent quality was designed according to the first class B standard of pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plant. During operation, the actual treatment load rate is 67-92, the actual influent quality is basically smaller than the designed value, and the actual effluent COD,BOD5 reaches the first class A standard. Although the actual effluent SS,TN,TP basically reached the primary B standard of the original design, it did not meet the first class A standard. There is no tailings disinfection device in the original project. Therefore, the removal of TN,TP,SS and the disinfection of the tail water are the key points and difficulties in the upgrading of the standard. In this paper, the present situation, operation situation and difficulties of sewage treatment plant are analyzed and studied, and the parameters of original design process, structure design and equipment selection are checked, and the difficulties of standard raising are analyzed and the corresponding solving measures are put forward. By setting the suspended PVA multiphase polymer biofilm to enhance the biochemical treatment ability, the efficiency of denitrification can be improved without stopping water and stopping. The advanced treatment process, coagulation sand filter, was added behind the biochemical tank. Aluminum sulfate was used as flocculant and PAM as coagulant aid to strengthen the ability of phosphorus removal and SS removal. The microorganism contamination in tail water was removed by ultraviolet disinfection, so that the TN,TP,SS, fecal Escherichia coli in the final effluent could meet the requirement of the first A discharge standard. The improvement of the standard of sewage treatment plant can improve the water quality and reduce the annual discharge of pollutants. The annual discharge of pollutant COD,BOD5,SS is reduced by 18.25 tons, NH3-N is 5.48 tons, TN is 9.13 tons. TP is 0. 91 tons. The total investment is 4.4375 million yuan, the unit investment of ton water is 887.50 yuan, the operation cost of reconstruction is 0.103 yuan / ton water, and the total operation cost is 0.803 yuan / ton water after revamping.
